Went on a Saturday evening with 3 other couples I decided to order a calzone when it came it looked wonderful and smelled good... but as I was eating it I noticed there was hardly any sauce inside there was absolutely no cheese An employee came over andlooked at it and said that they would make me another one right away by the time that 1 came everyone was already finished withtheir meal so I headed backstop was looking forward to eating it the next day as I heated it up and started to eat it once againso surprised there was lost this time but no cheese at all 1st time I've ever been to russo's not sure about trying It again Iknow many people really enjoy it Read more

Excellent food. Fantastic pizzas, their dough is amazing. Fun spot to sit at the bar or hang out on the patio.
We moved into town about a year ago and this quickly became a favorite of ours. We?d go on average 2 times a week for drinks and... dinner and any time family came to visit, it always included a Russo?s visit. Since the end of spring this year our visits havequickly gone down hill. We came in for all you can eat perch and the fish came way over cooked and we let Shiloh know and sheimmediately brought some new plates that were way better. The next time we came in, we ordered 2 pizzas and our server threw onedown on the table not indicating whether the second was coming or sticking around long enough for us to ask. About 10 minuteslater she brought the other, which was completely incorrect and at this point the first was cold. The latest time we stopped into order breakfast takeout, since online ordering isn?t available that early, and it took 5-10 minutes for someone toacknowledge our arrival. That was fine, I?m patient and try to be understanding. We put in our order and drank our 1 round ofdrinks and the bartender never checked in. I noticed what appeared to be out order sitting in the window, on plates rather thanboxed up. I checked the time to make sure we?d make it where we were heading. 10 minutes passed and it was still sitting there.Then after a few more minutes our bartender checked the window, went and grabbed boxes, and proceeded to slide our food intoboxes, not keeping separate orders separate, or putting paper down to prevent sticking like usually happens with our To-goorders. When it was brought to us, I checked it both for accuracy and because I knew it had been sitting for 15 minutes (Ichecked the time so I know I?m not exaggerating). I let the bartender know it not warm at all and her response was ?well I?lltake it back then?. I told her we don?t really have time to wait to have it all completely remade and her response was ?well Idon?t know what you want me to do.? Ate here twice while visiting in the area. First time was great! Wraps were awesome! Large and filled with meat and... cheese. Second time we went for spaghetti. The sauce was like water and tasted like chili pepper! Quaint cafe in a quainttown. Went in through the 'to go' section first time. Would help to have better signage on the doors. Read more
We'd recently been at another local watering hole, and our server recommended Russo's. Imagine that?I'll take such a suggestion... from a service industry worker all day long. We visited mid-week in the noon hour, and although our bartender was working thewhole room, she was delightfully on top of her game. Our food & drink was delicious, and the conversation was lively! Delicious food always. Server on Thursday needs to be more attentive instead of worrying about her kids that just got out of... school. They proceeded to run around from the front to the back, sitting at the bar ?? disrupting the guest dining. We'll beback but absolutely not on her day shift. Not a place for kids to be hanging out!
