We enjoyed our trip to Bella's. They have a nice selection of flavors, and a few different cone choices. We got a double scoop... in a waffle cone - chocolate and North Country Crunch. Really good flavor! The aesthetic of the shoppe leaves something to bedesired, and we took our cone to go just for that reason. Still, the ice cream was good! Lots of parking in the lot justoutside! This place looked really good on Google maps. We get there and all of the shelves are empty. They don't do pastries anymore.... They have a very select few flavors for bubble tea instead of what's advertised. They don't have the donuts. They don't havedonut ice cream. Basically, you have ten flavors of ice cream to choose from. The menu was not even crossed off when we gotinside, which is made with chalk. At least update your menu so we don't drive super far only for a disappointment. Read more

Sanitary issues with hair in ice cream. Boba order was incorrect even after we made sure they understood what we wanted. Boba... flavor wasn't great, pretty generic tasting. Tapioca pearls were soggy/plain. Decor a little uninviting. Ice cream was prettygood though it wasn't made in house. The experience was worse than expected. Read more
So tasty! We loved the boba and all the various flavors we tried. We had a blast with the kids and they loved the experience!
We went to Bella's ice cream today morning. We were served by the owner Ms Ashley. Ms Ashley was very friendly. She suggested... the donut ice cream for our son. He chose to have it with the birthday cake ice cream variety. He rated the ice cream 5/5. Myson who is 7 yes old said "this place should be famous by now". When I asked him why? He answered: ' really good ice cream'. Hetold Me Ashley" your ice cream is the best". Ms Ashley said these icecream were all hand made. Ms Ashley is from Cambodia. Read more
The service was friendly enough, but they offer very little otherwise and are ridiculously high priced. I paid just under $9.00... for a kiddie-sized milkshake that was just ok. Weak selection of ice cream choices and all looked as though they had been outfor days. Also could use a good cleaning. Read more
