Pretty quick and easy BWW location. Parking lot is a bit of a mess. Gone here plenty of times and only once have they messed up,... offered me a replacement or a refund immediately and all was good. Read more

Had 2 orders. Hard cold boneless wings after a 10 minute wait, sauce was limited. Fries were a bit over seasoned. No fountain... machine working. No hairnets/gloves worn by employees in the back. The couple next to us complained about the food being coldwhen I was ordering. The customers after me spit his wings back out and threw his plate away. 3 back to back customersdispleased. I ordered in store, and our order was perfect. We ordered 20 boneless wings with four types of sauce. They nailed it. Their... sauce makes it hard not to enjoy the flavor of the wings. I love how many options they offer. Perhaps others have had troublewith ordering online. The gentleman who took our order was helpful and had a delightful demeanor (props to him). This is one of the cleanest B-Dubs I have been to. It has a simple and bright layout, the service was quick even with a huge... rush on SuperBowl day and was pretty well staffed. The best thing about the location is the samplers that are available for youto take along or try. Read more
Came on a Monday and not busy around lunch. Got the boneless chicken and fries snack. The fries were good and crispy. The... chicken itself was a bit too hard to chew. Maybe it was overcooked.
