The young lady working the line all by herself, start to finish (including taking money) did a great job... I could see other... employees messing around in back, but no one helped her. This indifferent attitude is consistent at Chipotle locations aroundthe area, but the food at this location tends to be better than the others. Read more

Absolutely do not go to this location. Myself and at least 5 others ordered through the app and ended up waiting 30 to 40... minutes. Orders were getting mixed up, not made at all, and they ran out of multiple ingredients without telling people, hopingthat they just wouldn't notice. Once I finally got my order at 640,when it should have been done at 610, I brought it home notonly to find out it was cold, but it was also completely wrong (except for the chips). Absolutely will be driving the next 10minutes extra the other way to avoid this location in the future. Read more

Weirdest experience ever. Stood in line behind 4 people for close to 15 minutes. Not one person was helped. At least 5 people... working (one who diligently restocked the entire line of food). No employees made eye contact. Not one person - customer oremployee - said a single word. Not a single bowl or burrito assembled despite the aforementioned full restocking. Left after 15minutes and the line was out to the door. No idea if anyone ended up getting food. Read more

It doesn't matter the time of day that you go in you will always be in line a minimum of 20 minutes. Almost always when I go... here they are out of something. Today they were out of cheese. A few weeks ago they were out of all meat and cheese (how canyou be open?). I stood in line for over 20 minutes as one person was there helping all of the customers. I saw at least fouremployees in the back doing basically nothing. This shows very poor customer service and makes it seem like you don't care forproviding efficient, good service to your customers. Kudos to the young person behind the counter taking care of each customerby themself. Read more

Terrible. Online orders are never ready on time. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes longer then your pick up time. You?d be... better off waiting in the line to order. The employees look like they are miserable and the kitchen and counters are filthy. Read more

How does a restaurant get so filthy at opening time on a Sunday. Not only was the dining room in a state of uncleanliness, (food... on the benches, floor, and tables. The entrance doors were enough to turn some away). Again, this should be the time arestaurant is at it?s #1 for a health inspection. Are there standards anymore? Watching the food prep employees slide the bowlsalong a filthy table covered in dropped condiments. They didn?t have common sense to wipe the table down. The worst is seeingthe cook on the grill continuously eating meat - looking around to see if anyone caught him. I noticed 5 times of himtest-tasting, in my 15 minutes in line. And the attitude??. Some restaurants really do a great job of welcoming customers totheir restaurant. As we all know, excellent workers are scarce, but this you could tell was different - - not one employeewanted to be at work. You would think with the great wages, something would change. Just totally lack of motivation. This is awonderful location, and yes, people are still enjoying the food (I think). But, hearing the comments while in line & sittingreally caused me to write. This may possibly the the next virus - Chipotle Covid. Definitely need the county health inspectorsto get involved. Will never eat at this location again. Read more

Worst Chipotle of all time. They never have people staffed. They never answer the phone, they never have online orders ready,... they never have food on the line. Here is a picture of their line, and order's waiting to be made, quick question where's theRestaurateur focus? Never going to happen for this location, they will be lucky if they are still open in 2022. Read more

Issue 1: they are not open for walk ins and force you to order online Issue 2: and coz of issue 1, they wont prepare in front... of you. Issue 3: they cant prepare it right. Labels and bowls have completely different ingredients. Total incompetence Read more
