Ordered 2 bagels toasted with butter to-go. Was expecting to have the butter put on the bagel while it was warm so it melts.... Instead when i got in my car i find that they just gave me butter packets? i mean i could see if i was dining in, but a to-goorder? even Bruegger?s puts the butter on bagels for you. You?re Panera. I'm usually super patient but I went through the drive through and after I paid I waited 18 minutes (not an exaggeration, i... texted my partner when i had paid so i tracked it by the time that was sent) to get my 2 breakfast sandwiches. That's unheardof. I've never had that kind of wait even when they were out of something and had to run to the back to make fresh stuff. I'mpretty sure the poor drive through person (who was pretty young) had to go make the sandwiches herself and by the look of thesandwiches and the wrap job done on them she may have never done that before. I didn't get any napkins or a receipt either. I'mjust disappointed. Maybe offer coupons or something for those who wait nearly 20 minutes for their food? Read more
