Ordered 2 bagels toasted with butter to-go. Was expecting to have the butter put on the bagel while it was warm so it melts.... Instead when i got in my car i find that they just gave me butter packets? i mean i could see if i was dining in, but a to-goorder? even Bruegger?s puts the butter on bagels for you. You?re Panera. Nearly every table was unclean or had dirty dishes. Overall unclean and had a poor smell. Paid for a passion papaya iced green... tea, but the container was completely out. Would not recommend this location. Read more

I really think this is one of my favorite paneras. I got the Broccoli cheddar soup and grilled cheese, and the soup was good.... But the sandwich was a lot cheesier from other places I've been and that made it better in my opinion. The cashier was veryfriendly and checked on people to make sure everything was good. Staff kitchen was friendly when picking up orders. Overall, avery welcoming and nice place with good good but a little short staffed it seemed. Read more
Well, my girlfriend and I tried out the Panera app to order since curbside would be easier with my girlfriend's broken foot. ... When we received our order, we discovered that the salad was mostly tortilla strips. Now, it does seem like it was an issue withthe app not clicking or unclicking what we had clicked to add so it came out not even looking like a salad. They should havenoticed our "salad" didn't look like a salad and they could have called us.(below is an example of the "salad" they gave us,after taking out some of the tortilla strips) They also forgot about my flat bread pizza that I ordered entirely. We triedcalling but it was dinner time so no answer. We had to go in to get this corrected. They didn't offer any refund or extras, theyjust simply took our order again. We were quite hungry at the beginning of this so we became increasingly more frustrated. Uponarriving home, my girlfriend went through her salad and found cilantro (which was not even supposed to be in the salad sheordered), also disgusting slimy pieces of lettuce. As if they did this on purpose for coming in and complaining. Not a goodexperience. Won't be eating Panera anytime in the foreseeable future. Read more
On December 18, 2020, I ordered from the Modern Caprese Sandwich and chicken noodle soup from the You pick Two (sandwich + soup... and side choice of chips) options on the menu although the food was very tasty and yummy. I'm usually super patient but I went through the drive through and after I paid I waited 18 minutes (not an exaggeration, i... texted my partner when i had paid so i tracked it by the time that was sent) to get my 2 breakfast sandwiches. That's unheardof. I've never had that kind of wait even when they were out of something and had to run to the back to make fresh stuff. I'mpretty sure the poor drive through person (who was pretty young) had to go make the sandwiches herself and by the look of thesandwiches and the wrap job done on them she may have never done that before. I didn't get any napkins or a receipt either. I'mjust disappointed. Maybe offer coupons or something for those who wait nearly 20 minutes for their food? Read more
