This afternoon I ordered one pizza from his store for two my brother ordered a pizza from this company and they sent me a... different pizza with pepperoni and jalapeño I order jalapeño and pineapple pizza with the crust and then I called the store.But the store answer my call and his name is Greg and I told him you guys send me a pizza that I didn?t order you guys some meatpepperoni pizza I don?t eat pepperoni and I explained to him and deliver my pizza this afternoon they sent me the order withdifferent names on it. Ithat I didn?t order meat pepperoni pizza. I don?t eat pepperoni and I explained to him so I need him tofull refund or I need him to send me another pizza well he said you have to wait about 3 to 4 hours I?m tired next deliveryorder and I?m like OK I have to work in the morning so just forget it send me my money back and then he?s like well only goingto credit $15 when does going to be crowded when your next order I?m like no I want you to send I?m not gonnan order anythingfrom you guys anymore I just want you to refund my money and he?s like no and he hung up the phone on me with no explanation Iwill never going to order anything from the store they have the worst customer service ever and any fast food restaurant I everorder or I want. The experience at the downtown Hopkins store was absolutely horrible. We showed up to pick up our pizza (ordered well in... advance) to find they had NO cheese and therefore NO pizza. We were not offered any condolence or apology. Not even ourbreadsticks were available for pick-up. The manager claimed that he tried to call and left a message but I had no record on myphone. Just avoid, they have no customer service, don't know what is going on. Often takes well over 1.5 hours to get food delivered.... Save your frustration. Follow-up, never received pizza. Read more
Absolutely terrible service. I placed the order around 7:40 tonight. It is currently 10:19. I was informed that the delivery... will take anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour. While that is a while for a pizza, I decided whatever. I'll wait. An hour and 10goes by and I decide to call them and figure out what's going on. They would not answer the phones. I ended up having to call ananswering center to have them call and get transferred to a manager outside the store. She spent 20 minutes trying to reachthem. When she finally spoke with someone, she was told another 10-15 minutes and kindly passed the message along. So I waitedanother half hour. Still no pizza. After two hours, I decided this is getting ridiculous and to call the store. They picked uponce and said they can't hear me and terminated the call after not even 2 minutes counting wait time for them to answer. Icalled several more times and the call got declined every single time. I finally stopped calling the store and reached out tothe answering center again. She said she will transfer me to another manager. I waited on hold about ten minutes before the linedisconnects. I then had to call her back and she said she'll transfer me to her own manager. Turns out I spoke to some randomassociate at another store who wasn't even told what was happening. She managed to get ahold of the store again and wasn't ableto get an ETA, just that they are extremely backed up with only one driver. That would be understandable in a normal situation,however, I was told my order was getting sent out next when I spoke to the first manager over an hour ago. Overall, extremelybad experience. Would never recommend this store to anyone. Looks like I'm not having pizza hut again, at least until I moveagain. Read more

Put in an order and the expected delivery time was 2 hours. Waited and after 2 hours (the app showed that the pizza was being... made), called the store to see what was going on. Apparently, they had no available delivery drivers and they cancelled my orderbut they did not inform me it had been cancelled (received no call or cancellation message via the app). Bottom line: order fromsomewhere else if you actually want food. Read more
I dont know why but my pizza was so terrible it was still cold and not cooked enough why does the crust have a fishy taste ?... Well im pretty upset was really hoping for better but i guess thats a reminder off why i stopped shopping at pizza hut itshappening Only in pizza Hut employees seem to not care about the customers but i guess i was wrong almost 30 dollars not worthunless you like you cheese still cold and not melted right and the fishy taste please have your kitchen cleaned right or checkedcause wow the taste is worse then my first time smoking a cigarette ???????????????? I ordered double peperoni toppings for the Detroit Style pizza and to my surprise there was barely any toppings, that ruined the... entire experience. Just to give you an idea, there were slices that were missing the topping entirely and the rest had 1 or 2pieces. Read more
