This location continues to struggle with timely orders for patrons inside. Ordered a cold brew with a splash of coconut milk and... got it twenty minutes after ordering with a drink that looked like coconut milk with a splash of cold brew. Each month thingsseem to get worse. Read more
I just have to say that the morning staff are truly AMAZING and Corporate needs to give them some strong appreciation. I am a... semi regular there and they know my order when I pull up to the drive thru. Absolutely love it have never had that before. Mademy morning. So Starbucks Corporate please have either some in in the main office or local office show some love to the amazingstaff at Hopkins Crossroads location to all the employees there!! Excellent place to chill! I usually have white chocolate mocha with whip cream. It tastes like heaven!! Perfect blend of... everything!! I don't know the person who made it for me today but it's extremely scrumptious.I genuinely thank you for thewonderful experience!! Read more
i love this Starbucks, i always come here to study. the employees are all so nice and good at their jobs, and there seems to be... a relatively low turnover rate. always clean and pretty quiet too. ???? Read more
Clean quite great neighborhood Starbucks. Team seems really nice and attentive, new winter drinks are on point and stocked up... with all items!!! Avoid the drive thu come inside of you can. Starbucks did a great job planning out the new breakfast wrapmenu. Read more
Nice place. It is a little small for a stand-alone store, but despite a constant flow of customers I didn?t have to wait hardly... at all, nor was it hard to find a place to sit. There is a great outdoor patio. There is a drive thru, but it has a very shortrunway, so in peak times I bet it is hard to get in. Parking is a pain and getting to this location is perhaps more so, butoverall it is worthwhile. Five-stars. Read more
Always like 10 cars deep in drive thru...they were out of oatmeal today which actually is super good surprisingly. The order... taker/drive thru people were super nice. Drink made right. Read more
