Absolutely horrible experience. Denied paying customers while they had open lanes because they ?expect to be busy?. Impossible... to work around their prebowl times for league if you work a regular job. Before 5 on weekdays, before 2 on Saturday, and none onSundays. Couldn?t even get a straight answer trying to get that information. Got a different answer from each person we talkedto. Unacceptable behavior from management while trying to ask a simple question and get a straight answer. The manager got upsetwhen we said we were confused why we were given different answers from each person we talked to and then called a liar when wegave an example. Will happily not be returning. I love Tuttles! My family and I choose to not only eat here, but bowl here on weekends. Staff here are super friendly and... recognize us on a first name basis, food is good quality and inexpensive, and bowling is a super fun way to pass the time. Istrongly recommend coming here if you have a family! Read more
We have been to this bar 10 times & had our emotional support animal on the patio with the music & it was very pleasant. We came... to the restaurant & a manager stopped to ask us to go to the back patio. Out of politeness, we showed him our dog?s ESA card.The manager said we could sit outside patio where the music was. 5 minutes later, the manager said ?the GM said your dog cannotbe on this patio & walked us out of the premises.? Came while they were still remodeling for a family get together. Was disappointed to find the dinning room half built and a very... limited menu. Our fishing club holds monthly meetings at Tuttle's and they have always provided us with great service. The menu changed a... little since the pandemic with some favorites missing (fish tacos, walleye sandwich, and Mediterranean pasta) but otherfavorites are still present and above average. On a previous visit, I ordered the Inferno burger, which was delicious andrecently ordered the Reuben sandwich, which was quite good, with Tater Tots, which were plentiful. Food is above average but notoutstanding but the attentive and courteous service raises the experience to great. To the Tuttle's staff: thanks for hosting usso faithfully and competently. Read more
Went on a Saturday morning. They grouped all of the people in lanes next to each other when most of the lanes were open. Then,... we had to change lanes 3 times because things weren't working. The final lane worked well, with bumpers coming up and goingdown. The food was fine. The person bringing the food was nice, but most of the rest of the staff were kinda rude. The arcadewas pretty lame with a fair amount not working and mostly adult games. With so many other alleys, we won't be going back. Read more
Good food. Quite disappointed in our waitress!!!. Took our order,and did not see her again until she brought the check. Asked... for waters when ordered food, never got them. Could not get her attention, hardly saw her !!! Seemed to pay more attention toother tables.... may go back as food was good. Had not been here in a long time,so,shall see? Read more
