Most days I have a good experience, today, not so good. Pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Service was very poor.... Ordered a little after 10pm and the app said pizza was being made at 10:05. At 10:15 the app said the pizza was still being madeso I walked in to check on it. The girl lied and said it was in the oven, 10 more minutes and it will be done. A few minuteslater the app said it was in the oven. I have ordered a lot of pizzas and from start to finish it takes 13 minutes, I didn't getmy order until 29 minutes later. If the store was slammed busy I could understand but there were only 3 orders on the board. The5 or 6 employees in the store were too busy socializing and having fun with each other to do the one thing they are there to do.I'm sure next time it will be great, but Store Owner, if this happens again I will take my business somewhere else. This Dominos is terrible. We have had trouble receiving our order on several occasions. Today we ordered carry out at 7:01 and... the website told us to come pick up our order from 7:49-7:59. I'd say I love dominos. And yes food wise I do. But clearly this location has a staffing or management issue. Because my wife... ordered pizza at 9pm and after purchasing along with TIPPING! There pizza tracker notified us itd take 72 minutes... but at12:00 we were still without pizza. With the store being 10m from our home. What ever happened to 30m or less, or Free Food ifthey can't keep up. They Should figure it out or just close this store down. Also all other reviews about Rude delivery driversis true. Which is crazy to think. You as a driver knowing your late and yet no kindness or sympathy. Read more
This place is awful. Delivery always arrives cold. Have now had three orders in a row take over 2 hours, literally the only... reason I keep ordering as I haven't run out of free credits from their mistakes. Staff lies about your order already being outfor delivery and they don't properly update their system to reflect order status in the app. Not many options in this town forpizza, but will always be Papa John's from now on if paying. The delivery driver calls and asks for a tip before dropping off the food and when we said no thank you he tells us thanks for... not tipping then drops the pizza off with a note on true recipe ? tip your drivers?. How unprofessional, how did he know wewere not going to tip in cash. I can not believe people now a days. What makes it worse is there are no guarantee sticker s orseals on this box and how do I know he he did anything to our food, we are taking it back up there cause we are all afraid toeat it and how having to get out of the house with a 2 week old baby. Update: we went to get a new pizza and the one guy madethe pizza and refunded our money as another guy behind the counter through that it would be a good idea to start talking aboutme as I was standing there and going back and fourth. This Dominos has terrible customer service and has terrible quality. The guy was rude on the phone. Claimed he couldn't look up... my last order, which isn't true; any Dominos in the country can look up your last order based on the phone number. Tried tocharge me $17+ for a medium pizza. I got off the phone and went to the website and ordered online. With the online ordering, Igot the pizza and extras for $9. Apparently, Dominos doesn't deliver anymore, as they were only offering carryout. I rememberwhen they guaranteed 30 minutes or less delivery. now they don't deliver at all! The guy was rude in person, too. If you don'twant to work, quit. No reason to be rude to people. When I picked up the pizza, it was cut disproportionally. Some slices weretiny, some were huge. When you're splitting a pizza with a co-worker and it's cut like that, someone is shorted. It's not hardto cut a pizza proportionally. Sad that service can't be better. This franchisee hires the worst managers. It's unbelievable.When you hire bad managers, you get bad employees. The entire experience from start to finish was bad. I had the worse customer service I have ever had with any business in my life today at the Hopknsville Domino's pizza. I... ordered 3 large pizzas and cheese breads yesterday at 3:00 for today, Sunday. I was told I could pick them up at 12 noon as Iwas having them for lunch at 12;30. I arrived at 12 noon to find that my order had been CXX. Instead of the employee knowing Iwas in a hurry and needed the pizzas they stood there discussing who CXX my order and how it got CXX. I put my hands up veryfrustrated and said " I do not care what happened I just need my pizza and bread asap", when the girl came back to me and saidshe was not going to take my order because I was being so rude. Then the guy or manager or boyfriend said we do not have totake your order because you are being so ugly and rude and that you need to leave my store. I never raised my voice or said anybad language just very anxious because I had people coming to my house for lunch and the store was one who cxx my order becauseI did not cxx the order. My whole family will never do business with the Domino's in Hopkinsville. This stores customerservice has been going down for months and this is the final straw for our family. I also work for a company with 100's ofemployees and I will forward my experience with them all. Read more
