no quick in-and-out at this location! online orders are not out on the counter; you have to rudely interrupt a barista and ask... them to check their hidden shelf for your drink. Read more

Don?t come here if you need to be somewhere after. General wait time for beverages is 20-30 min. Yes, you read that... correctly. The parking lot is also a complete nightmare?it?s pure chaos at almost any point in a morning. For what you pay fora premium coffee/drink, the service and speed of things is a D-. Read more

I placed a mobile order and arrived a minute after my order was supposed to be ready. I walked into the store and there were no... customers waiting for mobile orders or in line to order. There were seven workers behind the counter and it took over threeminutes for someone to acknowledge that I was there and waiting and to come over to help me. My order had been ready that wholetime. I mentioned this to the employee who just said ?OK? and didn?t even apologize. I will never return to this location, Iwill give the Dunkin down the road my business in the future. Read more

The bearded cashier (I did not ask him for his name) was one of the very finest employees I've ever talked to at any Starbuck's... locations. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and above all, he was SUPER nice in his interpersonal skills in how he handled ourorder. You have a very nice store, conveniently located, and we will be sure to return. Oh, also, thank you for having VeronaCafé as your Dark Roast today. This is the best coffee that Starbuck's sells, in my opinion; my favorite. Read more

Very slow service. They blame it on being under staffed but its clearly visible to the customer that it is a lack of poor... management. They want to use the system to cut corners for laziness and ego. You have a status board but tell your employees toskip updating it after they have prepared the order. You have online ordering but tell your employees to turn it off if theyfeel overwhelmed. Overwhelmed by what?? Customers ordering your product that you are employed to sell? LoL. Sheer stupidity.Highly inconvenient. ?We are understaffed? = wait is longer but quality of service and attitude should not not be excused offunder this. Read more

This Starbucks always seems overwhelming and it takes a while to get your order even ordering off the application. Food is fine... coffee drinks are good. I don't know if it is just a busy place or they are understaffed, so just understand that when planningfor a qui k stop.. Read more
