I ordered a sub meal from the Subway app. I get a text saying it'll be delivered via DoorDash. When it comes it is merely just... the sub; no chips, no drink. The Dasher informs me there wasn't anything with the sub at the pickup. I call the restaurant. Thegirl, Crystal, was quite dismissive. I hung up and drove down the mountain from Nemacolin (passing another franchise). Upon myarrival, Crystal, had signage on every single table essentially forbidding customers to sit and eat. All the glass signage waswrinkled and hard to read. She passed all the blame to the Dasher. After returning home I realize they even got the meat wrong.They put chicken on my steak sub. Returning again she (with more attitude than necessary) retrieved my reciept just to be provenwrong. Then began sweeping dust into the air as the other person remade my sub. Subways subs are always pretty good. Sometimes I think they skimp on the over all items they put on the sandwich, but thats... nation wide. I prefer the flat bread when I get any sub except for meatball. The employees her are nice, but sometimes slow. Read more
I've never been to this subway. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and organized. The food was good.... We eat at Subway a lot. We'll definitely be stopping back to this location. Read more
Only had one person working so we sat there forever. I cant say much about cleanliness but the girl who was working at the... register was extremely nice. Thats the only reason I'm giving it a 2 star. Read more
Stopped by tonight to get some dinner. Employee seemed a little overwhelmed, as they were by themselves. However they managed to... get through the line of people (about 5 people) fairly quick and efficient. I just would like for there to be more than oneperson there to avoid situations like this which may be too much for some employees. Food was good and wait wasn't long,considering the circumstances.
