The sandwiches and fries were lukewarm. The hamburgers were very salty. Ordered a McCurry and requested the largest size, but... was given the snack size. Server at window did not offer to make the correct size. We were very disappointed with service andfood. Read more
Worst service in Gray's harbor. Everytime I order something there I just expect that the fries with be old crunchy shards that... the seagulls won't even eat. It's a waste of money and time going there. The McDonald's in Aberdeen has respectful employees andgreat quality food. They need to upgrade the hoquiam stores management. Read more
Great service! Both times I've been here my sandwiches where obviously fresh once without even asking. My fries where cold tho... even tho I had requested them to be cook to order. The receipt said special request when it should have said cook to order. Butoverall factoring in new employees still learning and how busy it can get it reminded me why McDonald's is my go to fast food.Professionalism. Read more
Stood at counter for 4 minutes watching the guy unfold fry boxes and talking on his phone with zero acknowledgment I was even... there till a Manager walked around the corner and he (manager) what I wanted order in 15 seconds. Self serve-order machines in this place. They were pretty buggy feeling and it couldn't accept payment so I had to take a... receipt to the counter, but there was nobody at the counter. Good location and easy parking though. Read more
UPDATE: the employees, managers and owner all choose to leave their dumpster wide open and could care less that it?s creating a... public health issue. I saw maggots all over the ground near the dumpster and a raccoon in it the other night. Avoid this placelike the plague. They now charge $1 for ice water. I get that costs are rising but cups are pennies to the dollar. I getcharging .25 cents but a dollar? Dumb. Read more
My fish sandwich was alot better than the other night. The other time I ordered a fish meal and the bottom bun tasted like it... was a little old. I ate about almost half then threw it away thinking the whole sandwich was contaminated. The visit I had was alittle better. Fish was juicy and hot the buns were fresh. Make sure you check the hamburger buns. Don't want anyone going homewith upset stomachs from biting into a rotten bun. Read more
