HORRIBLE customer service....waited 45 min in drive-thru, only 2 cars in front of me. The worst customer service, the order was... wrong and had too wait longer. Employees playing around and laughing really poor service. Not worth the long wait,and willdefinitely not go back. Read more
***UPDATE*** 09/04/22 after 6p.m Lobby closed so you have to use drive thru. Customer Service still rude with high school... kids. Rude customer service. All ice cream in cups where melted so more of a shake. How is this acceptable?!? Read more
Out of all the Baskin Robbin locations I was not pleased with the Eastlake service. They got my order wrong after repeating... myself 3 times. I was patient and understanding. Then they gave me two cones with each double scoop that were already melted asthey handed them to me. One of the scoops ended up rolling off the cone shortly after being handed to me. I asked for napkinsand I was given two. Which was not enough for the mess all over my hands and lap. Disappointed. Read more
Just had the most outstanding service today. The young lady at the window went above and beyond what she needed to do for us. We... ordered a cake online for my sons birthday. The cake came out great but she noticed that the online price and the store pricewas way off. I didn't know any better. She gave me a refund on the price difference. She did what she thought was the rightthing to do. Read more
The sign is dark at night you can?t see the ice cream options! I had to drive forward to ask for a paper menu of which they do... not have. The ladies that work there need to work on their communication skills. I then had to google the flavors only to godown the list of being told ?We don?t have those flavors.? FIX the sign! She seemed annoyed with me for trying to order icecream! I won?t be back for three scoops of ten dollar ice cream and a liter of annoyance. Read more
I?m a regular customer at Baskin-Robbins on Eastlake. I go there at least 5 times outta the week my order is always a turtle... cappuccino blast medium. Some employees use the correct ice cream, and you have some that they just use whatever flavor of icecream they want. The ice cream should be Praline N Cream for the turtle cappuccino blast , I saw one employee using the vanillaice cream and told him to go check the recipe because it doesn?t call for vanilla ice cream. Just today I went to buy acappuccino blast ????it was just watery. I just went back through the drive thru so they could add some more crushed ice ????and the did, but the employee that did it brought my drink back all nasty ???? my whole cup wet through the outside, everythingwas leaking the employee didn?t even brother to wipe the glass to remove the excessive spill. I can say they do have an employeeby the name of Genesis she is awesome ???? very professional and take care of the customers properly; It?s something they calledattention to detail. Read more
