My first visit was 11/7 I was able to hear and sing along with the Gospel music, I was greeted by Mr. Al himself, Customer... service was outstanding!!! I sampled the steak egg rolls with no cheese and the hot season flavored wings ???????????? mychildren immediately said MAMA THIS IS OUR NEW SPOT. I rated my service one star from the first one I did. I had one of the worst cheeseburgers combos I've ever had today from Al's.... The small cheeseburger I asked for everything and I got lettuce that wasn't edible and no onions. I ordered onion rings insteadI got to orders french fries and they were burnt. Oh yeah I asked season fries they gave me fries with season salt sprinkled onthem . They have lost me as a customer. Then to I will not send anymore customers their way. The bad meal cost me $18.66. The 20 piece party wings and a small okra was plenty for two men. The Al's rub and the spicy garlic were fantastic! Don't go to... those chain stores support these amazing chefs! The wings and the okra both were very crispy on the outside and juicy and tenderon the inside - perfect. Read more
