Pulled up at 7.employees just walk pass the window without any acknowledgment of taking my order very rude
Waited over 35 minutes in the drive-thru. I have no idea what was going on as they were not communicative and only told you to... wait. I had to ask if I could order yet for them to say go ahead with your order. It was not that busy inside so the drive-thrushould've been a breeze. There?s a sign out front near the main round that advertises Whooper 2 for $6 after waiting in line to order I was told they... were not despite having a sign that states such?.Very misleading ***Updated 7/16/2022*** Sign outside still posted and they arenot honoring advertisement! ***Updated 9/10/2022**** It?s 7:57pm and the inside is closed the sign states that it should be openuntil 9pm. Young lady in the window was very nice and is everytime I come through. Very well spoken and I?m greeted with a smile all the... time. Food was hot and everything was great. Manager did a great job with hiring! Read more
When we arrived at the drive-thru no one was in front or behind us,it was a good thing ! My friend and I were getting breakfast... for 2familes.the order took us few minutes to go over what we wanted and then the young lady taking the order took her a littlewhile.we finally got our order taken. I think we had 9 or ten breakfast sandwiches,with 2 or3 different kinds,we were then toldthey had only a few bi Scuits left and asked if we minded waiting for more We decided to wait and get our guest the food theywanted! I secretly felt this could be a mix up deluxe! Only had about 10 minutes for everything to be Brought out to us !much tomy surprise,the burger team had everything perfect.thecrew on duty did an excellent job ! I walked 30+ minutes today to go get an impossible whopper which I enjoy. I have not been to a burger king since Nashville 6... months ago in donelson and they were always very friendly and got the order right. I was today however greeted by a woman withwhat seemed to be an attitude. I got my order taken by a different person who was a bit better than the other one. They hadissues with the payment machine and said my order would be made fresh. I was ok with that and got the veggie whopper meal withonion rings and extra onions I asked for several times. I got cold onion rings and nooo extra onions on my impossible burger. Ialso watched the woman in the picture below be most RUDE to the next 2 sets of customers that came in. The older gentlemen dealtwith it but the next person walked out in disgust due to her most horrific customer lack of service. I was so dumbfounded Ieven emailed there owners. I was looking forward to going there and it is too bad they do not appreciate the people that paytheir check. Read more
