Decided not to wait in the drive through lane so went inside, thinking it would be faster. Jasmine was at the counter, taking... orders for both the counter and drive thru along with everything else but cooking! Actually, at one point she did go in to thekitchen to help because we could hear her back there. Yes, we had to wait longer than we would have liked but Jasmine nevermissed a beat and it was clear she was doing it almost entirely alone, and doing it well. Everyone in the lobby waitingappreciated how hard she was working and that she was doing it with grace. There is little doubt that she?s not being paid whatshe deserves - she?s doing the job of 3 or more people. Jasmine, we saw you, we appreciate how hard you are working and applaudyour work ethic. The boy working the window tonight was rude and mouthing off at me and laughing because he failed get my order. He yelled I... told you to hold on and procedure yo tell me get back in line and order then coke back to the window. I told him it was hitfault. He acted like he wanted to attack someone. I refused to get back in line and the supervisor came and took my order. She told him to stop running his mouth. He told her he ain?t He is Rude and needs to be fired. Read more

We came here tonight after swearing never again, months ago. Big mistake. ONE, yall take forever per car. TWO, we never get the... sauces we ask for. Why do I have to choose the sauces we want in the app when yall are too lazy to put them in the bag? Thisfood is too d@mn bland to not have any sauce. Rude, slow and lazy @f. Never again. Captain D's changed the fish they bought. The fish isn't good anymore. That just had to mess up a good thing! Just like a lot of... other fast food chains. They start out good. Then they switch to cheaper food and staff that can't cook. Read more

I eat here because it is close and fish is the only meat I eat. I came here often because the manager was kind the staff was... friendly and the food was pretty good for a fast food joint. I now have been here a couple times since the manager I knew andloved is no longer there and have not had the best quality food or wait time. I used to overlook the occasional issue, but notit seems to be a recurring theme. This time I waited 25 minutes and they were not slammed o got food that some of which hadclearly sat and lost its appeal for sure! I once came here often and now I will think twice before spending my money and time onwhat seems to be not what it should be. I almost gave it 2 stars.... Read more
