I was the only one in line still took a minute to get my food. The young lady working the drive thru was rude.

I have been attempting to compare our local fast food burgers with one another? surprisingly this was elite compared to... McDonalds, Wendy?s, Burger King, and Whataburger. I visited on sept 27 around 8 pm. There was not a single car in the drivethru which had me skeptical however my fears were quickly put to rest. I ordered the original star burger(#1). Everything onit, cheese and all. The service was extremely prompt and the employee was very friendly, well spoken, and efficient. Theburger was well wrapped and exceptionally hot and fresh. The first bite said to me? this was an injustice as to howincredible this was compared to their competitors. With the no wait time i experienced and quality i received i was extremelyhappy and satisfied. The meat and toppings were fresh! The burger was juicy and flavorful. I am almost ashamed as to notpatronizing this business earlier. I never see many cars in the drive thru and i made a stereotypical pre determined biasdecision that it couldnt be good brcause it is always dead! I couldnt of been more wrong. This was and is what a fast foodburger joint is supposed to be. Through and through i am exceptionally pleased at this stop. Thank you Hardee?s! Finallya good fast food experience here in southaven! Dine in was not available, we had no option but to use drive thru. The cashier was literally having a conversation with a... coworker while taking our order. The food was almost ready immediately, and needless to say the potato rounds were hot but nosalt and tasted like straight grease, like they were re-dropped and our omelet biscuit and pork chop biscuits were lukewarm atbest. If we had an option to go inside I feel like the food quality would've been WAY better. We were traveling so it iswhat it is. I highly doubt we will ever try this place again. Read more
It?s 9:00pm and all the lights are on, but the restaurant is closed at least 2 hours earlier than it is supposed to be... (according to the window sticker and to its Google Maps hours) due to ?staffing issues?. Read more
It takes so much longer than it should to get your food. 20 - 45 min is crazy. I've seen people stand at the counter waiting to... order for 15+ minutes. Then to wait 30 minutes to get their food for 2 people. If you go through the drive-thru, you are ALWAYSasked to pull into a parking space to wait for your food to come out. I do have to say that the food is always good and hot andtheir staff is always friendly and helpful. Read more
