The service here was great. They were busy but didn't lack customer care. Food was good.
Went through the drive through, and they had to make the pizzas. That was fine until they came out 10 minutes later with a bad... pizza that they had to remake. After 30 minutes was finally able to go home and eat. The crazy bread wasn't cooked all theway, the pizza wasn't cooked all the way. However, normally this location is on point, so they get 3 stars because theynormally do well. Update: it is still about the same, the store manager is on point, and really tries to get the teammotivated. The staff is friendlier, the food is hit and miss, and the place is not very clean. Waited 30 minutes for a pepperoni pizza hot n ready. Exactly 12 cars went through the drive thru after me i was told to park,... and 6 walk ins that left before I walked in to get a refund and magically they pulled one out of the machine on the bottom. Andof course it was cold. I guess the other 18 people only got cheese ???? pizza or wings ???? ???? ???? but at least 20 minutes inthey asked me what did I order. I know a few girls in the store were constantly walking around the corner of the building nextto the nail shop but it was closed at 630 ish to 7 when I was there. I ordered a couple of pizzas online and was shocked that the order wouldn't be ready for 40 minutes but ok ,no biggie . When I... pulled up there were 5 cars in line in front of me the woman scolded me through the speaker for being 5 minutes early . Ifigured by the time I get to window it would be after the "ready" time . When I get to the window the woman had a bad attitude ,telling me they can't find my order and that I had done something online to clear it . (I don't know what that would be but ok)I showed them my confirmation , the woman seemed upset with me like it was my fault they lost / didn't make my order . She hasme pull around brings me out the pizza I say thank you she just turns her back on me and walks away... I get home my thin crustlight sauce pizza is swimming in sauce and is stuck to the lid of the box , my stuffed crust pizza is raw and doughy. It wasvery disappointing . So I ordered one extra most bestest pep and one extra most bestest sausage and crazy bread. As you can see from the pic I could... have ordered a regular of both and left off the crazy bread bc there's as much crust as there is pizza on both and neither comeclose to having the toppings it's supposed to for the upcharge. All I paid extra for was the words. ???? ???? ???? and thecrazy bread was just bread no garlic or parm or whatever they put on it. Plus just look at em???????????????? they look so sadbro whyyyyyy?????. This is the 2nd time since I lived in horn lake for 3 years that I been. Both times was disappointed.
