The employees were very unprofessional. They had a sloppy appearance. They were using fowl language in front of me and my 10... year old son. The employees made me feel like I was an interruption in their conversation and they didn't listen to me when Iwas giving my order because they were talking back and forth with the employees in the back of the kitchen. He asked me for myorder three times and it was still wrong. We were going to eat at the McDonald's but when we walked through the dining room wecouldn't find one clean table. I couldn't believe it. All the tables were dirty with trash and food in them. My ten year old sonlooked at me and asked me if we could take it home and eat it. Since when does a ten year old little boy want to eat at homeinstead of eating at McDonald's??? Needless to say, I don't think I will be back to that McDonald's. All I wanted was one fresh cup of coffee. The person at the window told me to pull up and wait. After 10 minutes, I walked in... and asked the manager about the coffee. The one that took the order stood there and looked. They never attempted to get me thecoffee and I asked for my money back. I understand mistakes but I waited for an apology. None was given by the manager nor theyoung man who forgot to make my coffee. I expressed to the manager the need to express and explain what HOSPITALITY is. I love the nuggets!! They are always hot and fresh. I always use my app when I order. The points really add up fast too.... Everyone is friendly and the service is fast.
