The employees were very unprofessional. They had a sloppy appearance. They were using fowl language in front of me and my 10... year old son. The employees made me feel like I was an interruption in their conversation and they didn't listen to me when Iwas giving my order because they were talking back and forth with the employees in the back of the kitchen. He asked me for myorder three times and it was still wrong. We were going to eat at the McDonald's but when we walked through the dining room wecouldn't find one clean table. I couldn't believe it. All the tables were dirty with trash and food in them. My ten year old sonlooked at me and asked me if we could take it home and eat it. Since when does a ten year old little boy want to eat at homeinstead of eating at McDonald's??? Needless to say, I don't think I will be back to that McDonald's. My opinion is, you need tofire every single person in the building and start over with strict training with some sort of follow up training every so often Read more
Went to the new McDonald's in Horn Lake MS. for the first time. Expected a delicious juicy quarter pounder, however the meat was... dry tasted like it had been cooked 24 hours ahead of time. Will not go back. Read more
All I wanted was one fresh cup of coffee. The person at the window told me to pull up and wait. After 10 minutes, I walked in... and asked the manager about the coffee. The one that took the order stood there and looked. They never attempted to get me thecoffee and I asked for my money back. I understand mistakes but I waited for an apology. None was given by the manager nor theyoung man who forgot to make my coffee. I expressed to the manager the need to express and explain what HOSPITALITY is. Atleast apologize and teach the workers how to do it. Read more

Not worth getting. First we were waiting for the person to take our order and when they finally answered they were super quiet... and did not seem like they were even listening. We ordered and they left out several things, first we didn't get the extraonions we asked for multiple times, they put ice in my drink which I had said no ice. And then didn't give me any sauce for mynuggets. We even asked at the pay window to make sure onions were on the burger and still didn't get them. Read more
Wow! I visited this location yesterday 6-16-2022 around 8:35pm. Everything was perfect! I went in the inside and ordered at the... machine then waited. I had 3 people to quickly speak and ask me if I had been helped! They were friendly, professional, engaging& quick. I have not seen this kind of customer service in so long. You guys did a terrific job!!!!!!! No one was on theircellphone, no one was ignoring me, no one had a bad attitude! Just great! I wish I could do more than this review, that?s howecstatic I am! Ms. Jessica and her crew were the best. Very clean spot. Food was perfect. Even the landscaping was amazing. Planters Magazine.
I love the nuggets!! They are always hot and fresh. I always use my app when I order. The points really add up fast too.... Everyone is friendly and the service is fast. Sometimes the lines can get really long but they keep it moving pretty swiftly.And don't forget the french fries ????!!!! Read more
