Been to the Sonic in Horn Lake twice recently, the one on Goodman Road across from the NeighborhoodWalmart. Both times they get... the order wrong. I had 2 people eating. Spent $20 for the meal. If you order a "hamburger" plain with pickle & mustard only, itshouldn't come with cheese. Even after repeating the order 3 times telling them a hamburger without cheese. Then the otheritems was a #1 with cheese add mustard no ketchup, it comes with no lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, but did have cheese. Thenthe 2nd time stopped, made the exact same order, and the plain "hamburger" had cheese, and the #1 had no cheese, no anything. Imean, some people might be lactose intolerant and can't eat cheese, they could be allergic. They should be double checkingorders before food is brought. You cannot did thru the bag without spilling food everywhere to open & check to see if burgersare correct. A hamburger plain is just that. And a Cheeseburger has cheese. Seems like either they don't care or they need moretraining. But everything is on a screen, so should be pretty easy to follow directions on a burger. Read more
Ordered drink as usual via mobile app. Checked in. Message on screen stated my order was being delivered. 10 minutes later I had... to press the order button to ask where my drink was. This is ALWAYS a problem at this location. I go here because of itsproximity to my home but looks like I will have to travel farther for better and speedier service. Read more

Lacey wanted coffee and coffee we got. We ordered 2 coffees, one hot no milk for me and one iced. They only gave us one but the... girl was nice enough to go get the other and not charge us for it. We thought that was a noble and proper thing to do. We ofcourse gave her an above and beyond tip with some good verbal compliments as well. I know Lacey had a bad experience last time,so this simple gesture certainly made up for up. Read more

The food was hot and fresh. This experience was better than the last few times.
