I am not a fast food lover, however I did once enjoy the Mexican pizza no meat extra onions. I have not had one in year, since... the took it away so long ago. I have been here in Hornlake for just over 10 months and the dining room at this location hasalmost always not been open. I finally got to sit down and have the only thing I ever really liked here. I saw they have aveggie Mexican pizza which turns out is what I've been ordering all of those years, minus the important onions. I also don'treally do much sugar, but do like the mango tea they offer. I scarfed down my pizza and did so enjoy it, heartburn and all! Ionly gave the food 4 stars not because it tasted bad, but because I know it's processed fast food. Read more
Ordered three breakfast wraps. First one I opened to put sauce on had three pennies inside. I was originally going to hand this... to my eight year old grandson. Obviously he could easily have choked on them. I returned to the Taco Bell to show them and wasTreated awfully. I did manage to get my money back but was offered no apology or explanation when I ask why there was coins inthe food prep area. I would not recommend that anyone eat here. All very traumatic. Happens every time I go there order group pack 4 tocos 4 burritos ask for extra sauce and end up getting less last few times... it's been only 4 packs of sauce for 8 items and tocos are sometimes bigger then the 5layers burritos no cheese it's always adisappointment leaving there Read more
My visit on July 12, 2022 was very unpleasant. The manager on duty at the time was very rude and unprofessional not to mention... she wasn?t friendly. I do not frequent Taco Bell so I ordered a Mountain Dew blast for my child. When I realize it was just adrink and not a freeze, I asked if she could change it. She did not want to re-ring it up so she charge me for another drink. Itold her she was very rude she walked away when I was speaking to her and she probably gave me the wrong name when I ask her forname. And that?s OK because I have called the office and I have also done a survey and now I?m doing this Google review. Nothingmay be done and all I need to be done is for her to be talked to and how to treat customers. As I left, I told her to go home,go back to bed and tried over again. Read more
every time we go to taco bell here they get our order wrong? yes the people are nice but the order is on the screen no reason... they should get it wrong everytime. i understand mistakes happen but it happens every time. especially when you order somethingthat is expensive and they somehow manage to get the expensive part of your order not in the bag? lazyness.not to mention wejust had hair in our taco my sister pulled out. This was the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been too. Ordered our food online for pick up, when we got there we were given only a... couple items and when we mentioned it they laughed at us threw our supposed to be whole other cravings box in a random rag. My 3year old even made a comment about how rude she was. Oh and who the hell serves cinnamon twist with no cinnamon sugar?! Read more
