Just HORRIBLE!! I ordered and watched others come in and order and get there order before me. I asked why this was happening,... manager had no answer to explain why. Finally got the order, one hot sandwich, one cold old sandwich with cold fries. Once Itold the manager, he came got the cold sandwich that I had bit off of. Then take it back behind the counter, which is againstthe health Department rules. The last time I was there, the management was totally different, it was cleaner, better lighting,overall a much better quality of food, better staff etc. I wouldn't Recommend anyone to go eat there. Good food. Sometimes you'll get a rude kid in the drive thru taking your order but whatever.

Every time I have been to this zaxbys location they have either forgotten my sauce even when I?ve paid for extra or asked them... to make sure it?s in the bag.. Tonight I ordered a wing meal and a kids meal & we paid for 2 extra sauces and didn?t get asingle sauce.. The drive thru and inside were both packed when we arrived. It was hard to tell where the line was to order because everyone was... standing around close to the registers waiting on their food. Ordering went quick and the wait time was less than 15 minutes.Food was good as always. Read more

I like zaxbys but not the dinner I got tonight. I order no sauce on my wings so I can see if I get fresh wings or not. Lo and... behold I got a wingz and thingz combo with wings that were cold and hard. Look like its been sitting under the heat lamp forsome time. I go here bc I thought they had cook to order. Next time I will check the chicken before getting home. That combo isnot cheap the least they can do is make sure its all fresh. Still visit zaxbys just make sure ur food is not looking like theycooked it last week like mines did! Read more
