Our simple order of 2 breakfast meals were completely wrong. Young girl who took our order kept talking to another "customer... "in a different language while gesturing to my friend and I. Ordered sausage and egg, and bacon and egg breakfasts on englishmuffins. We got 2 farmers breakfasts on biscuits. Ordered 1 steeped tea, one milk 2 sugars, and a orange pekoe 2 bags in, 3milk 3 sweetener. We got one steeped tea black, and the other with cream and sugar. SERIOUSLY??? How hard can it be. I go there at least 2-3 times a week, drive through mostly. The service it terribly!!! NEVER SMILE OR SAY THANK YOU after we... paid. It's so bad that my son even knows by the voice on the mic that he would say is the miserable one!!...how bad is that whena child recognized bad service. I always say if you don't like your job, find something else, no need to take it out on thecustomers when he/she is having a bad day!! Don't just shut the window with that miserable face. The worst experience ever. Went through the drive through for a tea, had to say hello first at the speaker box as I was sitting... there for a minute, which was fine. When I gave my order the employee told me to come up without giving me my total. When I gotto the window I asked how much I owed, and started to count out the amount. While I was at the window counting it was probablyaround a minute at most and the employee looks at me and tells me to ?hurry up?. I asked her if she was joking because Iactually couldn?t believe I was being rushed when I had been waiting at the speaker box before hand and didn?t know my totaluntil I was at the window and I had to ask. After that I asked her why she was being so rude to me and she told me ?there?s abig line now? and became extremely argumentative - if she had waited literally 10 more seconds she would?ve had the money,instead we were in an argument. I asked for her manager and her name but instead she covered up her name tag, told me she?s notgiving me her name and said if I wanted to talk to her manager I can come inside. I get it?s a Tim Hortons and I don?t expectthem to go above and beyond for their customers but at least act with some common decency and manners. Read more
Stopped by at about 9 pm no line ups picked up tea and some donuts. Selection of donuts were slim as would expect at that time... of night ???? staff were great ???? Read more
Very rushed and rude drive through experience it happened on Aug 16th 2022 around 8AM. I asked for two breakfast sandwiches and... she added hashbrown without asking me. i had to ask to remove. i order an ice coffee and without letting me finish she saiddrive up. When i get to the window i told her that i want ice coffee without sugar. she told me that i did the same thingsyesterday. I told her i would have asked for no sugar if she had let me finish. This was all when there was no car behindme. maybe they should train the staff on customer service and listing to customer order or train customer how to order food atthis location :) Never visiting this location again. This is the best Tim Hortons in Canada. Never missed getting my Large Steeped Tea with 1 cream and 5 sweetner correctly. I visit... this place 5 times week and never had to wait in line to get to the speaker. Very fast and friendly service. All the employeesare very professional and passionate. Read more
Went in to use the washroom with my toddler. The washroom had a huge puddle of urine below the urinal and wreaked of urine. Then... when we were done, we went to order something as a "thank you for having a washroom available." One of the two attendants keptsaying she'll be right with us in a minute and eventually took our order. Eventually she took our order and made the wrap weordered in a reasonably timely fashion.
