First I want to say that IDK how this location has anything other than 5 stars! I?ve been coming here (whoever I run through... this area) for quite a while since just before COVID anyway. Left a review about a yr ago and deleted it so that I could leave anew one. I loved this place even before they expanded. I think last years review may have been just after the expansion. Ihonestly don?t remember. But I can say that I still absolutely love this place! Every time I?ve been in here the employees havebeen nothing but great! The place has always been clean. The food has always been great and there?s so much in the store to seeand/or buy! One could possibly go broke in here lol. Between all the canned goods, prepared foods, locally sourced items and theitems that they make, ITS ALL JUST SO WONDERFUL! If I could fit some of this stuff in my semi, I?d be buying more of the thingsthat they make like their chairs and such. Only thing that?s a slight bummer, is I wish they still had a cold sandwich option. Iused to come in here, grab my meal and grab a cold sandwich for my next meal (along with all the other goodies that I would takewith me for me and the fam when I hit the road). Originally came here to get lunch while my trailer was getting new tires and I immediately fell in love with this place! So much... to check out! Everybody was so friendly and helpful. The salad I ordered was HUGE! I swear it was made for two people! Veryreasonable priced as well! When you're done eating, you have got to check out all the many, many knickknacks they haveavailable. This place used to be amazing and you got what you paid for. Their sandwiches were the bomb. When they opened the new building... they cut out the sandwich choices, but they offered a build your own cold sandwich. I just went in today and now they cut outall cold sandwiches... the only item I wanted from there is the cold sandwiches.... so I ordered a BLT and it was way overpriced for what it consists of. I'm so disappointed. As a truck driver I anticipate coming this route just to stop here fortheir sandwiches and to see the best part of the restaurant is no longer available. I hope they reconsider bringing it back.But I guess this is my last visit here, sadly. Read more

We ordered the BLT, Pulled Pork and Grilled Cheeses sandwiches. The bacon was perfectly cooked and the lettuce and tomato were... both fresh. The Pulled pork had the right amount of bbq sauce and was juicy. The Grilled Cheese was good, but all sandwichesshould have been on thicker slices of the homemade sourdough bread in order to hold up to the fillings. It definitely would havemade the sandwich eating experience much better. My Pulled Pork Sandwich was falling apart because of the thin cut slices ofbread, and my wife felt the same way about her sandwich. We also ordered freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were were so goodthat we ate them before our meal arrived. The French Fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. They were crispy on the outsideand soft and fluffy on the inside. Both the Potato Salad and Cole Slaw tasted delicious and fresh. We were disappointed that thesoft serve ice cream machine was out of order, and the serving of ice cream was underwhelming for the price I paid for. Also,ate a blackberry hand pie. Although the crust was baked to perfection the filling left a lot to be desired. It had zeroseasoning or flavor to accentuate the flavors of this seasonal fruit. Very disappointing. Where do I start? Just WOW. AMAZING customer service and food! We got the Amish breakfast with bacon, a BLT, and some donuts.... Everything was so so good. The portions where healthy, I couldn?t even finish my food even though I wanted to. With all of thatplus 2 drinks, it was only $18. For freshly made food, make to order, that is a very very excellent price. It came out at adecent time and had a nice variety of items. I can?t express how much I enjoyed being there. If you stop anywhere near here IHIGHLY recommend trying this out. Read more

If you?re ever coming through Horse Cave, Kentucky, this is a MUST STOP! My husband and I found this little gem on the way to... Indiana while moving our son. It was housed in a little portable building and sold minimal homemade items. We?ve since beenthrough here 3 additional times since them and it?s amazing at the updates. The building and grounds are gorgeous, the food ismagnificent, the candy, pies, and one of kind homemade items are exquisite. I have begun a collection of the handmade baskets.Just stopped and purchased two more. I always purchase the Pecan Crunch to enjoy on our drive. Trust me, you won?t bedisappointed! They have homemade preserves, furniture, baskets, deserts and pies, as well as toys, candy, and home decor. Read more

The sandwiches are phenomenal! Absolute perfection. The fries are simply amazing. I recommend the grilled chicken sandwich, it... has a garlic sauce that?s incredible. The roast beef sandwich is delicious. After you eat grab a donut. The shop has amazingspices and jams. Prices are great. Read more
