They supposedly didn't have bread, so they flat out didn't open the doors, they didn't go get bread... They didn't serve what... they could... They just went outside and smoked... The line of customers in a very busy location, all on a schedule, waited formore than 40 minutes for them to open the doors. They didn't even acknowledge the pile of customers... I gave up and left. Themanagers and owners probably shouldn't be managers or owners. I've never seen worse service in my entire life... And I don'tnormally complain. Read more
