Very RUDE subway attendant. I waited a while, while she was in the back. I finally made myself known and I saw her through the... glare of the window on the door, look up. Witnessed customer being helped then employees disappointed to the back. I waited 5 minutes tried to get their attention through... the window in the door to the back. I finally went behind the counter opened the door to ask for help. It was 10 minutes until8am. The 3 of them said they don't open until 8am and I don't belong behind their counter. The website says it's supposed to beopen 24 hrs. No signs for the hours were visible.i left. Read more
Truck driver here just left here 04/19 1:50 pm order rotisserie chicken flat bread. I as head to McDonald?s but stopped here... because it was so clean. No sauce on counter or loose food. I waited at the counter for about 3 minutes and someone came out, told the girls in the back there was a customer, and told me... I'd be helped in a minute. Once the lady was done mopping she told them.again there was a customer and i was then told "We areclosed for cleaning..... It'll be about 10-15 minutes" Why didn't the lady who was mopping tell me that? And if they were reallyclosed for cleaning why would I hear them all near the door talking. If you are going to be closed for cleaning, the WHOLE staffshould know and you should at least put a sign out. Read more
The girl making my sandwich said she couldn't toast the flat bread... since when????? The manager corrected her. I lost half my... steak her transferring it to the bread. They charge a fortune and then jip on the product. Then I asked for sweet tea just tofind out the didn't have the sweetener to make sweet tea. Read more
