I eat at burger King on the regular. I order off the app and truly only have issues with food quality from certain... establishments. Today is a different kind of review. Ordered on the app and accidently set it for pickup. The girl told me theycan't hand a pickup order through the drive up window. Kinda heinous but ok. I go inside to pickup my order and hear a employeesaying "he can complain as much as he wants" referring to me being perturbed that I couldn't get my order through drive up. Itold him that every time this happens I get a credit from bk for 10$ for "support" through the app and its customer service. Hecontinued to berate me and threatened me with a "meet me outside" this dude was over weight and probably diabetic. I'm nofighter but I was appalled at his crass threat because I got a 10$ coupon for his shortcomings. He followed me outside throughthe rear employee entrance and continued to harass me as I tried to leave. At this point I was ready as I walked towards the fatp.o.s his coworkers pulled him inside. If I could this location zero stars I would. I have never been treated so indifferently in my life. The drive through line had... 4 cars waiting to order so we went in,. There was a couple at the counter ordering and that was it. We stepped to the counterwhen it was our turn and told him the first thing we wanted, he turned away from us without a word, mumbled something andproceeded to leave us standing there while he "waited". For what I don't know and at this point I didn't and don't care. Heand the guy working the window walked in circles, not appearing to bag orders or prepare food. I've worked in customer servicemost of my life and there's no call to pretend ppl don't exist. And if you're busy? Be doing something other than hand holdingthe guy working drive thru. A comment on why he was refusing to take our order may have changed this review. We did not orderfrom this location. And when we walked out still hungry the line in the drive thru was now 7 cars waiting to order. Rude,incompetent and slow. Way to run a money maker. Read more
This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I waited in line for 5 minutes(there was no one else in the store) before... someone helped me. There was a gentleman that was cleaning tables that told the manager that I was there twice?..the managerstill did not come take my order. The manager was a male and had blue hair. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.This place is disgusting and I will never come here again. I will encourage every person I know to not come to this location. Read more
Visited later in the evening. Couple cars in drive thru and two people inside who already ordered. It took a long time for... someone to take my order and then took awhile for my burger and fries to be ready. Food was fine but just took way too long. Read more
Food was ok. Place was a disaster of a mess! All but one table was dirty. Trash cans full. Floor littered with debris. The soda... machine was really gross looking, like I don't even wanna touch it let alone get a drink from it! They were out of ice, how doesthat even happen! The receipt printer was broke too so I couldn't get a receipt to take the survey. I mentioned these things onmy way out, they seemed shocked! Food was ok, just a dirty place. Read more
Worst drive through ever. Every single time I go through the drive through it takes at least 20 to 30 minutes. Today was the... worst. I had a lady in front of me at the ordering station, she sat there for over 15 minutes and nobody asked her through thespeaker if she wanted anything! Another 10 minutes goes by and I decided I'll go to Wendy's next door where their drive throughactually runs efficiently... worst drive through EVER! Read more
Only 1 star because you can't give zero. Waited about 10 minutes to place an order. Then an additional 15 for them to serve me... cold af sandwiches. Like cold when touching them in the wrapper. Watered down dr pepper and coke. Went through the drive throughand after inspecting the food found it was disgusting. Went into the store and the woman was like well I said i was sorry. Lolsorry isn't good enough. Demanded my money back after a hassle to do that and she giving me dirty looks because her and heremployees aren't competent enough to at least microwave the stuff so it appeared warm. ???? went to the BK in elmira about 10minutes after this and was treated so much better. I'd recommend going the extra few minutes to the elmira store instead. Read more
Waited 15 minutes after ordering in drive thru with no cars before or after us. Expected hot food for what we paid for all of it... was cold. Just curious as to how one can be served nasty cold food after waiting that long???? Then when I took it back noactual apology as to why your serving cold food. Read more
