I love this place sometimes they get my drink wrong but they are always nice and don't give me any attitude when I ask them... to remake it. Service is always slow but today was especially bad. They forgot part of my order and the drink wasn't made right. When I went... back to exchange it for the correct drink, the server was adamant that I would have to return the other one. I said, "Ofcourse!" Worst experience ever in a Dunkin Donuts. In fact, worst experience ever in any coffee shop! Stopped on the way to NYC. Stood... for 10 minutes and two employees totally ignored us. In fact, the young man only looked after the drive thru and the ladyemployee just talked on the phone. Frustrated we then left building and drive into drive thru and waited 5 minutes and no onehelped us with our pending coffee order.
