I love this place sometimes they get my drink wrong but they are always nice and don't give me any attitude when I ask them... to remake it. Service is always slow but today was especially bad. They forgot part of my order and the drink wasn't made right. When I went... back to exchange it for the correct drink, the server was adamant that I would have to return the other one. I said, "Ofcourse!" Worst experience ever in a Dunkin Donuts. In fact, worst experience ever in any coffee shop! Stopped on the way to NYC. Stood... for 10 minutes and two employees totally ignored us. In fact, the young man only looked after the drive thru and the ladyemployee just talked on the phone. Frustrated we then left building and drive into drive thru and waited 5 minutes and no onehelped us with our pending coffee order. We then went to Starbucks and met with a smile and a coffee in less than a minute! Read more
Very rude. The order was incorrect and we politely asked for it to be corrected. The girl was very snappy and then said, Jesus... Christ, I?m getting it loud enough that my children heard from the drive through. Read more
Very slow service. My last couple visits using the drive through, average 20 minute wait in line. Worst of all, no way to leave... if you can't wait any longer. Other places are much better run. Read more
Bad customer service. ALWAYS check your order before you leave, there?s ALWAYS something missing. I usually check before I... leave, this time I forgot and had to came back for only sandwich. After waiting for a while a lady came listened and leave, noapology, then other came after few minutes, again had to tell her the whole story ,no apology, nothing, very RUDE. The service inside the restaurant is slow, the attendants are always busy with drive-thru customers. The coffee and donuts are... standard for Dunkin Donuts which I happen to like. The food and the hot and cold be beverages are the same in every Dunkin Donutrestaurant. If you eat in, expect to wait in the line. Read more
