If you come to this location take the time to come inside. Drive-thru orders are slow and clunky. Ordering at the kiosk war... through your phone ahead of time is also hit or miss. I watched the manager and the front end people come out on the floorlooking around without talking holding a bag several times while I was there. I prefer the old fashioned approach of come in thedoor wait by the register somebody takes your order and you get your items. Only in my case we didn't get our drinks withoutasking for them after the food had been given to us. Be sure that your whole order is in the bag and that your drinks are withyour order before you leave. The tables really need to be cleaned up too. Read more
i dread going to this mcdonald?s already, but today was my last time. i did a mobile order through the app and 15-20 minutes... later i notified the app that i had arrived and which parking spot i was in. i sat in my car for 15 more minutes and no one cameout so i pulled up to the drive through telling them i had a mobile order and they said they had no order for me. i told her ihave it right on my phone and she argued with me saying that if i didn?t have a code she couldn?t give me my order, but the appdoesn?t keep your code after you pay. so finally after arguing with her for 5 minutes she said i could order again but i wouldhave to pay for the order again THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. i would have left way before this if i didn?t already pay. magicallyshe says she has my order and to pull up to the window. my food ended up being ice cold and my sandwich had a hair in it. thisplace is ridiculous. it's McDonald's... what more can I say, right?! it's Halloween around the corner, they are promoting pails with happy meals,... which i specifically "asked"before i order if they offer one with the meal, they said "yes". proceeded with order, it was paperbox! i asked again with staff, came back with "we ran out". as i was finished with meal, turned around and saw the bright orangepail on the table next to me, i asked the same staff what's the deal?! few minutes later, she came back with an orange pail inher hand and told me that's what she was told!!! unacceptable! Don't go to this McDonald's your better off driving to corning. Everytime I've ordered food here it's either ice cold, wrong or... missing items. It's a very consistent thing with this McDonald's. Just today I asked if I could exchange some 1s and 5s in thedrive through for a twenty just for the women to yell at me multiple times " No you can not!" Disgusting. The soda machine was flat and there was no ice. I asked the workers if they could fill the drink on the drive... through machine and they did begrudgingly. Then the food. Where do I start. The burger was so cold and old the cheese wasn'teven melted. And for the cherry on top the employees are just laughing and hanging out in the back. The manager walked outsidehad a cigarette and started making food without washing her hands. My tip to everyone is to just go down the road to the one bythe airport it is much better. Read more
Stopped through the drive-thru to get a coffee, but there was no answer at my intercom. Three cars in the other lane went... through, so I just went to the window to order. The poor cashier looked a little tired and flustered. The coffee was good,though. Read more
The store is fairly slow to be called "fast food" constantly pulling cars end up with customers waiting for 10 or 20+ minutes... for food. The quality of food often depends on time of day. Morning being much better then night. For the time you have to waitI would consider alternative restaurants. McDonald's prides it self on quality and fast service. Frankly the speed is lacking.Employees are very polite. The restaurant is very clean inside and out. Read more
I placed a mobile drive thru order just for one sandwich. Got to the intercom, gave him my code, he asked if I wanted to add or... change anything. I asked, any chance of getting pickle on it? He says, ummmm, I can ask! So I go park to eat and get mysandwich unwrapped and it did have pickle! Normally they charge $.25 cents. But it was hot n fresh and perfect. Made my day! Read more
