Possibly the worse Subway I've ever eaten at. The staff was more concerned about fixing their hair than helping customers, none... of them washed their hands after they touched their hair, flies were all over the food,overcharged me for my meal, the sandwichwas completely un-eatable due to 1lb of gocomolia smeared on it, then the staff was reaching over my food to make their sandwichto go on break after I've been waiting 10mins no way should a sandwich place have people tired of waiting then leave because ofthe wait. The worst subway I have ever been too. Shame on the owners. Never have any of the bread other than white or wheat. Apparently... the coupons they send in the mail for horseshoe bend residents. I was told the owners won?t accept the coupons so good luckusing them. 16 dollars for an Italian b.m.t. Bull####. I will tell everyone to never go there. Read more

Now that the old workers are gone the customer service is great. Work close and come in often and rarely is there a line to... order since they work fast. Sandwiches always filled nicely and never overcharged for them. Manager stayed open 40 mins pastclosing so he didn't turn people away Read more
The whole place has gone through a big change in staff, I live 15 minutes away and come here often and they used to have a few... employees with terrible customer service who drove me away from coming here, however those employees have since been let go andit is under new management, I showed up 30minutes past closing and the manager happily made me my sub and informed me of themanagement changes. They are still currently looking for more employees so their temporary hours are different then regularhours but the customer service has done a complete 180. Read more
