Truly the most bizarre experience I have ever had at a drive thru. The manager is taking my order, he starts off with an... sarcastic "you tell me whenever you're ready", I might not have heard him the first time he asked for my order but toimmediately go to that sarcasm was very unprofessional. After giving him my order he asked for my name, I come through thisstore multiple times a month and have never once been asked for my name. I questioned my he needed to know and he said "how'sabout I just don't give you your food how do you like that?" Obviously something else is going on in this man's life, butsomeone else should take over the mic if this is how he's going to talk to people. Read more
I?m so grateful for this Burger King. I have 3 young kids and this was a life saver on super hot days with the playground inside... and now that it?s getting cooler and rainy out it?s still life saving. Also the most affordable lunch around for kids! Theyounger woman serving us today was so friendly, polite and fast. She?s served us a few times and always wonderful. Keep up thegood work! Read more

Burger tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for a few hours. When I took it back and asked for a fresh one the manager... seemed annoyed and gave me another one from under the heat lamp. Guess "have it your way" doesn't work anymore. Read more
Requesting customers to order and pick up on foot in drive through. Doors to enter building are all locked and upon calling the... store asked to walk around and pick up food at window on foot because vehicle did not fit in drive through. No signs or postersindicating the inside is shut down or why. What a disaster. 12 in the afternoon, no clear communication and what a safetyliability. I've been in so many Burger Kings, all good places but none like this one. Great customer service. The manager and young lady... serving on 7/11/22 did a great job. Second time at this location where the food was cold. We were the only ones in line and asked for fresh off the broiler- burgers... were dry and lacked toppings and the fries sloppy. We threw the food out because no one wants to go back and complain at a fastfood place and risk their food being tampered with. . Read more
Store Number 12340 in Horsham The crew members were very efficient with accuracy timing with preparing the food with care and... love. The manager was very very professional and polite hospitality, while he is working the drive thru and front line withperfection. 12340 Gets 10 stars from me. A MUST TO GO & VISIT. Read more
