My first time at eating in at this location after the pandemic. They take seriously the sanitizing. They clean, table and seats... after clients. There are Sanitizer bottles where you place the tray. Even to discard your trash or leftover at the trash is by asensor, you don't need to touch it. Also I notice how they prepared a humongous order( there was more than 10 bags), how theywent by the ticket order to make sure everything was right. The employee working with it used gloves and how she make sure thateach bag was properly packed. Those small details makes a difference. Service was quick and polite as usual. I?ve come here a few times in the last month with my kids and it?s always super fast, friendly and they?re so sweet and... accommodating. My kids LOVE the play area and I love that I can almost sit and eat haha it?s very clean and always stocked.Special shout out to Liz for being the nicest and helpful! Read more
So over the last 20 visits to this Chick-fil-A, there has been exactly 8 errors to my orders. There is a massive quality control... issue at this location. Here's my mistake for the day, ordered a sandwich with "No Pickles", and the sandwich had pickles on it.I'm glad everyone working there couldn't care less about people spending money for their order to be wrong. It has beenhappening consistently for over 3 years now. This review isn't going to change anything either. Whoever is reading this will notcare now, or at the end of their 8 hour shift. Read more
All I am going to say is check your food I paid 8.00 for a scoop of Mac and cheese this is the second time this happened to me... I let it go the first time but I think for the most part they rush the food and don?t pay attention! Read more
Double drive through line around building, line at dine in too. As good as they are, I still do not understand their... overwhelming popularity. We went for lunch at this stand alone store instead of Willow Grove Park Mall food court because thelatter does not offer chicken soup but unfortunately they had already sold out. Worst service I?ve ever had going into a fast food restaurant for take out. There was no direction from management and employees... were walking around looking lost. Half of the employees on staff were on break at the same time and the entire order screen wasblinking red with late orders. The only person working the counter and taking people?s orders kept taking phone calls and theguy behind me waited over 5 minutes just to place his order because nobody was behind the register. There should be bettercommunication and organization and I don?t recommend eating at this particular location. 25 minutes to get a chicken biscuit isridiculous. Read more
Would be nice if the order was ready at the store after placing an app. order. Gad to wait 3 different times. When I got there... they hadn't started it. I placed it approximately 5 minutes or longer before getting there. It was only 1 gal of Sweet tea.Other than that staff is very friendly. Read more
We went through the drive thru. The staff was friendly and patient while ordering. The order was correct, hot and delicious. The... only thing was they didn't mark the milkshakes and you had to taste it to figure which one was who's. However all else was fine.Would go back again. Read more
