Ordered a crispy tofu dish. I was served the dish alongwith dipping/serving sauce. The dish contains 5 crispy tofu that are... bigger size rectangular slices compared to a regular tofu dish. I ran out of dipping/serving sauce. The person waiting on mesaid, that dipping sauce is extra. There are several asian restaurants that serve this dish, and none of them charge extra forserving sauce. And keep in mind, the price on the crispy tofu was a dinner entree price. Sorry Dim Sum Factory, you just lost aregular customer with your poor customer service. Read more

Great place for a nice lunch. Big, bright, and clean. We had the vegetable dim sum, pork fried rice, and General Toa?s chicken.... Everything was delicious. Service was excellent. On a return trip we ordered pork fried rice, teriyaki beef strips, and steamedpork dumplings. As usual, everything was delicious. Service is always very good. Read more

New to the area so still trying to find new places when I stumbled upon this gem. Great asian food and like the name suggests,... dim sum. The service is super attentive so you can put in orders anytime you want more, and prices are very reasonable. Willdefinitely come back to try more things. Read more

This is our first time being to this Chinese dim sum restaurant. According to the reviews, it seems very decent but the fact is... it?s not authentic Chinese food except dumplings. If you have ever tried anything authentic in New York or even China town inPhiladelphia , you will be a bit disappointed. Only one positive thing is the dumping, it?s ok but not outstanding. We orderedsaliva chicken, it tasted like dead wooden chicken. It?s coming from frozen meat and overcooked. It?s 1000 miles from what itsname suggests. After we complained, the waitress took it back to the kitchen which is good. Boiled fish should be fish fillet with white soup but we got thicken chilly fish soup. We still left with tips not because of the food but because the attitude ofthe waitress and the restaurant environment is all right. Final words, This is not the right restaurant if you like authenticChinese food but it might be good for you if you only want dumplings. Read more

Great quality food in a nice big clean space. I love that it has dim sum all day, instead of just in the morning. Note that it... mixes cuisines of many Chinese regions, so you might not be getting the greatest-ever rendition of a particular dish (theShanghainese xiao long bao [soup dumplings] weren?t the greatest I?ve ever had), but what we tried was all above average andwell worth the visit. Would definitely go back. Read more

Simply put: the best Chinese food around. So good we drive about 30 minutes to get it. Everything is super fresh and tasty.... Nothing is greasy. The Sesame Chicken is always super crisp with the right amount of sauce. The pork with noodles and brownsauce is one of our favorites! We also love trying different dumplings and dim sum every time we go, which is at least once amonth. So glad we found this place! Read more

Very good place for a quick and yummy bite. I loved trying this place with my wife and we both really enjoyed tasting a variety... of dishes especially the steamed buns and soup dumplings. The staff is always nice and hospitable and go above and beyond tomake sure you are satisfied. Never a wait to get seated and they also offer takeout. I would highly recommend trying ! Read more
