Been going there for... what, 15-20 years now? Never a bad meal or a bad night (except when they're closed). And bringing our... own wine keeps the cost more affordable. Our waiter was excellent. Very attentive and pleasing. And the food was the best I've had in a very long time. Chef Mario's... dishes were absolutely fabulous! His many years of experience and tenure as chef at this restaurant since early 90s is notoften seen at local restaurants like this. And same owners for almost 25 plus years! We've been wanting to try the Fountain Side Restaurant for some time now. Finally we had dinner there today and we can't wait to... go back! Very comfortable and welcoming! Our server Chrissy went above and beyond and totally took care of us! Answering all ourquestions and went over all the specials ( without a cheat sheet) Very friendly and nothing was rushed! The food was awesome anddelicious! The clams casino were the best I've had anywhere. The snapper soup was out of this world! My filet mignon wasperfect! Had a really enjoyable dinner. Waitress was very nice! We had the fried alligator and it was really crispy. Sometimes it can be... overdone but the meat was perfect and not dry at all. The clams casino was also just as good. Both of us had a pasta dish. I hadthe seafood Valentino with shrimp, scallops, and crab meat in the vodka sauce. They definitely did not skimp out on the crabmeat. I like my sauce a tad bit thick so it was perfect for me. The other one was in a lobster cream sauce with scallops andshrimp. Neither had overdone seafood. The scallops and shrimp were very moist and cooked perfectly. The pasta portions werehuge! The homemade bread was so soft and so good! We will definitely be back again. Was a little skeptical when I walked in with the decor. But true Italian theme interior. Food was absolutely amazing, steak was... perfect medium, sides were great, vegetables perfectly cooked and the fresh warm bread was to die for. Fountain side Seafood is a hidden gem. Inside and Outside dinning. Great private rooms inside for a private party, bridal shower... or wedding reception. It’s BYOB !!!! Had fried alligator, shrimp and chicken breast. The food was good..the waiter was amazingand the atmosphere is very romantic, calm, quiet, candle lit dinner, soft music playing and reasonably priced.
