Our waitress was uninterested in serving us and her irritation showed on her face the whole time. She didn't like that we asked... for better seating. 6 of us did not fit in one booth. The food was not made correctly and my bread was burnt. The kids receivedsundaes with their meal and we had to wait almost an hour for her to bring them out. She was friendly and attentive to the otherlarge group in the room and completely ignored us. I would not recommend this location. I understand businesses are shortstaffed, but she didn't even acknowledge us unless we called her attention. Read more

Took four teens to a lunch . Started out pretty well. Then noticed the restaurant started to filled and the service went down... hill. we basically waited over 15 to get check / ice cream. Waited another 10 to check out . You can?t run a business withthree workers that includes one of them being the manager?? that was my Icecream all melted because they took so long . Read more
Well we haven't been to one in a few years. I very surprised at the menu. New type of burgers and other offerings. The food was... really good, as was the ice cream. The service was good, and prices were somewhat reasonable. I would recommend. Read more
So my nephew?s birthday I always take him somewhere of his choice. No matter the cost or location. He ask to go to Friendly?s... because he loves the burgers, chicken fingers and ice cream/ milkshake. When we get to the eatery we wait, for over five minutestwo employees a couple of times, walk past never greet us matter of fact never acknowledged our presence! They were not busy asthere were only three tables with customers eating, they had already been served. Finally we ask can we be seated. We aregreeted not warm but very cold. We are walked past all the other tables to the back corner of the restaurant. I was thinkingmaybe because of social distance we are placed there. But I look around everyone else is placed at tables back to back as morecustomers come in they were all placed up front and close together. As a black woman/family and the others were non black, Itook offense to this situation. Our food arrived later than others, the food temperature was not up to proper temperature. Theburgers were over cooked ( which we never were asked how we wanted them). Fries were cold, the soup was lukewarm. The shakeswere perfect. The fish and chips cold. I was very disappointed at this visit. Despite the service we still left 20% tip. Becausethat?s how was raised. To be kind, thoughtful generous and treat ppl the way you want to be treated . And just because you weretreated unfair you don?t have to reciprocate the same behaviors that was given. Lavish them with kindness. Read more
