I?m standing in the restaurant at 7:24 still waiting for my bowl that was supposed to be ready at 6:50. I showed up late at 7... and the people behind the counter were talking while myself and 2 other people in front of me were waiting for pre placed to goorders that no one was even working on. Finally after the person in front of me complained did they even realize they hadorders they needed to make. I would have obviously left if I hadn?t already pre paid. After watching the lady finally make myorder she put the smallest amount of chicken in my bowl that would have been pathetic for a regular order of chicken butespecially considering I paid for double meat. It?s been a while since I was last here. New staff but same problem. I ordered their special deal so it?s easy and on the board.... The person helping me said I wanted a custom order as I was reading them their menu item and ended up charging me for twodrinks after I asked why the bill wasn?t adding up. I ended up being told I didn?t order what I read word for word on theirboard and paying for an extra drink. Food was okay. Read more
We always have good experiences with this location but tonight we were somewhat disappointed. We felt like our bowls weren't as... full as they usually are, the food was a little cold, and the queso tastes a little different. The new brisket is deliciousthough! Read more
Shrimp is on the menu! Enjoyed the Qdoba bowls and the option to do 1/2 & 1/2 protein. Seems the location is being managed by... someone new because the staff is much friendlier than before and the food presentation behind the glass is much better. Onlysuggestion is different music for those dining in or lower the volume slightly. Ate fast to leave bc it was just too loud andthe choice of music being played was repetitive. Read more
I usually like this spot but to night was horrible, the Manger was cool but the worker service the food seem to have a attitude... when she was serving me she purposely didn't give me a full severing of meat in my bowl I purchased a side after tell her manytime that there was barely any chicken in the bowl she kept telling me how much more money it would be if I asked for stuff andwhen I said that fine she kept rolling her eyes Read more
Loyal customer for over a decade. True fan of the food. This place was great once upon a time. But, after a series of bitter... experiences recently, I have bid adieu. Will not be going back. With high certainty, I can say there is something seriouslywrong going on here. High turnover, extremely rude and poor customer service, employees here simply don?t want to work, qualityand quantity of food at its worst. Read more

My husbands new favorite place. This location was alright for me. The serving table was a little dirty and the young man waitied... a little too long to ask for help from the two other workers that were in the restaurant. The food was tasty and served in anice portion. We will be back again. Read more
