I understand if you need staff to work the Wendy?s but we literally drove off the drive through because your staff was burping... and moaning into the speaker. Not only is it unprofessional but it?s gross and off putting. Do Not go there. Horrible customer service. Drive thru always backed up. Always OUT of menu options. Even when you get to the... microphone to Order, no one responds for at least 5 minutes. This store is managed badly and gives Wendys Corporation a badreputation. Dining room is NEVER opened either!!! Read more
They're not perfect, and my order is not always exact, but I have always had pleasant exchanges with the employees there. My... most recent visit, I came around midnight and the ordering screen was down so they asked that we place our order at the window.There were 3 employees that were smiling and laughing with each other. When my food came out, everything was fresh. I don't knowhow to explain it, but the way the food looked was just better. Nothing was squished or sad looking, it almost looked like itcame out of an ad (I ate it too fast to add a picture, lol). I'm writing this bc this one exchange made me give 4 stars insteadof 3. Happy employees make good food. Give all your workers a raise, and thank you to the 3 happy musketeers that made my food,it was perfect. :) Edit: Came back to take off 3 stars from my initial review. Just had the worst meal, they got our drinkswrong, everything was cold like it had been sitting out for 20 minutes. I threw it away. DO NOT DOORDASH OR UBER FROM THIS WENDYS. Two times in the last two days I?ve ordered via doordash, and the order has been... completely wrong. The workers clearly don?t care what so Ever. All I have to say is, they need to close this store down. Nothing but horrible food and service from here EVERYTIME!! Who puts... your fries and nuggets in a cup ?
