Staff is rude :( I already went into details with the receipt survey. They don't like making orders with more than a few items.... I'm always happy to pull forward and not hold up the line, I'm never rude or demanding or complain of the wait time. I have bigorders, but 10 items is not that serious (except for my wallet, but thats my problem). I don't understand the open hostility,and if they are trying to dissuade me from coming back it's not going to work. Help me understand how to order differently orsomething. I can't come inside. I'll pull forward and wait. I'll drive back around so they don't have to walk it out there tome. Just stop being a holes because I have a big order. Please. I can't change my family size. Read more
I had taken my Mom to her doctors appointment and after that she wanted Arby's ! So we went to the drive thru. I had ordered... a unsweet tea with my meal. When I got to the window and paid I asked the girl for a few artificial sweeteners. She lookedat me funny and said, "I have sugar packs. " I told her that I needed artificial because I am diabetic. She told me, "sorry Ican give you sugar packs, that's all I have. " How can a fast food serve unsweetened tea and not have artificial sweeteners ?? Read more
I like Arby's, but the buns seemed to be stale. I know that when I've visited at other times the buns seemed to be much fresher... then my last visit! Read more
Good food and friendly staff. Only one register was open inside and it seemed like they where more focused on the drive-thru... then the inside customer. Read more
Food is good, but service was slow and lackluster, but that seems to be the theme among fast food places right now as so few... people want to work. It's fine, just don't expect anything special. I ordered 1 buffalo slider and a large curly fry. As I do everywhere, I politely asked for FRESH FOOD! Two stars got lost when I... was handed a bag of cold food. I told the young lady that I specifically asked for freshly cooked food. She threw out the friesand left the slider in the bag as she supposedly made fresh fries and lost another star. I get back to my hotel room and findthe fries only fill the container half way and the chicken in the slider was a dried out cold mess! If I could give 1 tenth of astar, that's all this Arbys is worth. Even in a whole other state Arbys can't get it right! Way to NOT impress a first timevisitor to Hot Springs Arkansas. Read more
Arby's on Central Avenue has been remodeled, is clean, and the crew is cordial and friendly. I had French Dip, my wife had... chicken tenders. Everything was hot and tasty. We enjoyed our early dinner. Read more
