Went in there to get some ice cream this evening and not once was I greeted or even acknowledged so I ended up walking out. Also... half of the time they don?t have any waffle cones or the ice cream that I want. I?m just going to quit going in there and takemy business elsewhere. For a business that specializes in ice cream and ice cream cakes, you would think they would have cakes on hand in the event... someone decides to wander in and buy one. So my 74-year-old grandmother loves this place is waffle cones with rocky road. She called them an hour ago and asked if they... had waffle cones available, the lady on the phone told her she was getting ready to make some they would be ready in about 15 to20 minutes. My grandmother goes up there an hour later and was told that they don?t have any waffle cones and when mygrandmother explained to the young man that the girl had told us an hour ago she was making waffle cones he replied with wellshe didn?t make them. My grandmother then asked for a manager, Patrick told her they no longer have one. On top of that, allthe little young girls in there were giggling about the whole situation. This donut/ice cream combo is pretty convenient. There's a nice array of coffee and frozen beverages. Nice indoor seating... options. New ice cream flavors often. There's also gluten free and dairy free ice cream as well as gelato. Helpful staff. Read more
Stopped in a couple days ago. I was told the freezer went out and all they had left was what was in the display freezer. My kids... ordered two of the turtle creature creations and for some reason the employee kept making one of them as the shark creaturecreation after being corrected at least twice. When we got the ice cream, the edible creature creations were both freezer burntas well as one of the ice creams that one of my kids got. All around terrible experience. Read more
Went there twice, the Dunkin part had a poor selection of donuts that were not fresh, it was later in the day, and the Baskin... part had typical good ice cream. Staff was friendly. Read more
There was 1 car in line in front of us. We pulled up and waited 2 or 3 minutes before the car in front of us was finally... greeted. They placed their order in about 30 seconds and pulled forward. I was greeted and asked to hold. I was preparing toorder and there were no flavors listed. When I mentioned this she replied that they did not post them that day. I asked whatflavors they had and was told to wait and she would read me off a list of flavors. I decided that I would shop elsewhere. I wastrapped in the line for about 3 more minutes as she did not provide utensils to the car in front of us until he honked his horn3 times. I will not be back! This was a terrible experience. I worked fastfood for 7 years and I understand that sometimes itgets busy and there is a bit of a wait, however this was not the case. I will never be back to this Baskin Robbins again! Read more
I got a waffle cone with vanilla ice cream and it did not taste right. I had someone else taste it and they said the samething.... I went in to ask them to just replace it and they would not. He just proceeded to argue with me and said nothing was wrong with. He would not replace it or refund my money. He did not care and was just rude, bad for business. Read more
