1st time at Best Cafe & Bar and I plan on going back very soon! Our waitress Rocky was just right. She made sure we were taken... care of without hovering. Small place and you probably will have to wait, but the Eggs Benny are worth it! Mimosa flights! Heck yeah! The cafe is part of a lovingly restored 1933 Motor Court. I will probably stay on premises next time I head to HotSprings. Read more
The food here was fabulous. The service was very friendly. I didn't get to try the flights, but they looked scrumptious. The... pecan waffles were excellent, though, and so was the French toast. My only regret is that I couldn't try more items on the menu!It's a little off of the main street with the tourist attractions in Hot Springs, so wait time on a Sunday wasn't as bad asother restaurants in that area. Food and all employees were a delight. I was pleased with dish i ordered the "Corned beef hash" I'm planning on returning!! The... food portion and price is perfect. I've traveled and enjoyed food in many states, what you offer is healthy and prepared withlove ?? Someone had wrote a review that didn't support your food portion and price...well if people need a farmer Joe portion offood then they should go to I-Hop, but if one wants a delightful experience and leave not feeling sick from super gross food,your sweet place is golden. My husband and I stopped here before we headed back home to Louisiana, very cute cafe. Very friendly staff. I had the AvoToast,... by far the best Avocado toast I?ve had in a long time. The flavors all blended so well together, topped with some scrambled eggsit was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Best Cafe Platter, the sausage was delicious with a little Italian like flavorto it. But the best part was by far the Duck bacon. So so good. We loved our stay at Best Court Cottage, the rooms are very nice and clean, surprisingly spacious with lots of room and a good... size bathroom. Very neatly remodeled also. Was quiet and very accommodating with our after hours check in. Highly recommended.And the diner breakfast was out of this world. Best eggs Benny ever and cream brûlée French toast was great. The friendliest service ever. Everyone who works there is amazing. I forgot my purse at our table and our waitress ran it out to... me as we walked back to our car. She saved my travel plans!!! This is hands-down the best place for breakfast or brunch in Hot Springs! I would go as far as to say it is worth a 45 minute... drive. Time and time again the chefs here prove their culinary magic. I have no strings attached to this restaurant? It is justme and my wife?s favorite and we want others to enjoy. I would recommend either the corned beef hash or the sausage and creamcheese omelette. It really is the Best Cafe! First let me say this is the first review I've ever done online, but I couldn't help sharing this... great option. We had the mimosa flight. So many great choices and all were wonderful and unique. We had the pork belly, poachedeggs and Gouda grits, which was perfectly done. The creme brulee French toast was the best my wife and I have ever had (and Idon't even like French toast!) The duck bacon is a must try! We will definitely be back.
