Had a slight issue with my order..wanted WELL done and the manager and cook were reluctant to do so. I assured them that is what... I wanted. Took awhile for them to get my order ready. Sat at table watching my partner eat his meal. But when I finally got myburger....???????????????? It was delicious. Perfect. They're fast and they seem to be using fresher foods at this location because the bread has been really soft. They drive thru is... all that's opened sometimes but they also say they can deliver. The workers on the microphone are super nice. I really thinkthis is one of the best Burger Kings. Update: This crew remains largely the same and I like that. I'm glad BK keeps its workershappy enough to stay- especially this crew. Food is always better than the other fast food places. They do a great job. Read more
Went to Burger King tonight and there was actually a manager working the front and she was rude as could be to me and my... daughter the food was horrible once I got it back at the house it tasted old and there was way too much mayonnaise on one of thesandwiches the other sandwich wasn?t made right they just always really bad poor service and the dude was making my sandwich onthe food line the cheese was just light out look like it had been laying there all day long early the health department needs tocome in there and ship them into shape because all that supposed to be kept fridge rated I ask her for her name she refused togive it to me told her I wanted to call corporate she told me do what I wanted to do Read more
This was the first placed we decided to eat at when we arrived in Hot Springs. It wasn't busy when we arrived so the drive thru... person was very friendly and patient. We ordered the new southwest whooper combo and chicken ????. Everything was so fresh andreally good. We parked in their very spacious and clean lot to enjoy our meal. I wanted some barbecue sauce so I went insideand they are extremely attentive(saw me at the counter and immediately helped????) and friendly in the inside as well. It wasclean inside too.
