My friend?s and I were visiting Hot Springs and decided to check out this coffee shop since it was close to our Airbnb. We... walked in and waited in line for 20+min even though there was only 3 people in front of us, not that big of a deal but thebaristas were talking amongst each other and messing up orders. We waited another 30-45 min before we finally got our coffeesand bagels. They also forgot our kolaches and we had to remind them twice about it. We were the only ones left in the shop atthe end and the baristas continued to work very slowly and talk about very unprofessional topics while we could hear them. Theworst thing was that this coffee shop is located in a church, we didn?t realize that before we walked in. The baristas referredto us as ?outsiders? which is extremely unprofessional and rude. They were definitely giving the ?church-goers? priority over usso it makes sense why we had to wait so long. The food was also super bland and the bagels were nearly burnt. Coffee was blandwith hardly any taste. Overall worst experience we had in Hot Springs for sure. I do hope those baristas think before they callpeople ?outsiders? again because that?s not a good look for the coffee shop, especially for people visiting from out of town. Read more

I much prefer other coffee shops in the Hot Springs area but this was close to our Airbnb and the first coffee shop we tried... out. I wouldn't return given the much better options. Note that this spot is located on a church campus (might be confusing atfirst). The good: - "Greetings from Hot Springs" mural is fun decor to take photos of/with - Red Light Roastery coffee isserved here (the roastery itself was closed the day we visited Capachi's) - They offer multiple non-dairy milk options - soy, oat, coconut, and almond - They have some food & baked goods (nothing vegan though) - Very nice service - Free wifi! Theless-good: - Unfortunately alternative milk comes at a charge of $0.50 extra - My latte was scalding hot when received (oversteamed, yikes) - Long wait for 2 drinks and a heated up pastry, only one person working on a Friday morning (literally almost30 mins to order and get our stuff!) - It was very, very quiet when we arrived... Before our drinks were ready someone turned onvery loud music, from one extreme to the next Read more

Stopped by here around New Year?s and it was super quiet and chill. The barista was super kind and patient. Parking was a lot... more laid-back than we?re used to. We parked along the street across from the old, sandy volleyball court. There are differentsections to sit in, not including the tables and chairs, along with some outdoor seating. It?s very cozy and seems like a greatplace to bring a book, study, or catch up with friends. Out lattes were a bit too much on the milky end for our preferences, butI will be stopping here the next time we come to try more of their signature drinks! Read more
