My favorite pizza place! I visited last weekend and had a great time. The food was great, a good selection, and great... atmosphere. I really love the Alfredo Cheese Pizza the best, so I always love seeing it when I stop by. I have been visiting formany years now and each time is always great. Today was terrible they have really went down in the past two years my children used to love some Cicis pizza my grand children... pretty much only eat two pieces my granddaughter had some pepperoni pizza and they had one on one piece and two on the otherpiece pepperonis they don?t put enough Alfredo sauce on the pizza The pizza is dry then and disgusting the barbecue sauce donot taste the same It haven?t taste the same in almost 3 years it took them forever over 20 minutes or longer just to get apizza made nobody was up front when I came in no one is putting pizza out on time. The spinach salad look like it?s been thrownaround it?s terrible I choked so bad on 1000 island dressing I don?t know what?s going on I don?t know if it was fresh beensitting out too long or what but the salad looks terrible nothing is right anymore and I hate it because my children love tocome there Read more
Hands down the best Cici's Pizza I have ever went to. My family and I have been here the past 2 years during vacation and this... is the ideal Cici's resturant to model all stores off of. The employees are nice and attentive, alerting customers when a newpizza is on the line. The store is extremely clean and each pizza is exactly what it should be. It isn't thrown together, it'smade quick but not in a rush. I tell everyone this is the best Cicis and if they visit Hot Springs they have to go. The manager,a taller gentleman with black glasses, deserves a promotion and everyone on staff deserves a raise. He runs a very niceestablishment. And he is also constantly staying busy, doing small task jobs like cleaning and rearranging the seating area.Things that most managers don't even think of doing. Read more
The Manager & staff went above and beyond to offer us great service even at the end of the night. We arrived at 9:05pm, closing... time is at 10pm. We had some requests for different pizzas And they were baked quickly. The food was fresh and delicious. Thesalad bar was well stocked. We will most definitely go back to location #139. Read more
Went to take my family of 6 here and the women behind the counter tries to charge us 70 something dollars and I have 4 kids 10-... under so we just walked out and went to little caesars instead. And spent 20 something on 3 pizza and a soda. That sounds betterin price. Read more
I've eaten here at the buffet dozens of times. Good: The veggies are fresh most of the time, the price is good, there are many... kind employees, and even you can request whatever kind of pizza you want. Bad: The pizza dough isn't very good, there aren'tmany options for desert and the buffet is small in general, the bathroom always smells funny, and overall cleanliness of thebuffet space could be improved, as I see some real dirty folks walk in and we're all touching the utensils. Suggestions: makesome fruit and other healthy desert options available as there is only pineapple (the processed deserts taste good but I feelthey are very bad for my health,) improve the quality of the dough used for the crust; add garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and abottle of Italian herbs for seasoning to the salad bar, suggest that visitors wash their hands before they engage the salad bar,and make sure to switch out the utensils for the salad bar often with new, clean ones.
