The staff was very friendly. Pop I spent $60 and they would not give me a packet of Parmesan cheese or pepper unless I paid... almost 2 dollars apiece which disappointed me, but I?m sure it?s a ?corporate thing?. Food was fresh! ???? Read more
Sorry service tried to overcharge me for a pizza we literally get twice a week for 13$ but we called from a dif number so our... account didn?t pop up and lady tried to charge me 27$ didn?t even wanna tell me the price, I had to ask her after she charged italready. My last order from this Higdon Ferry location was quite simply the best Domino's experience I've ever had. The food was fresh... and delicious, made as perfectly as possible, and prepared on time. I just hope they can continue that level of quality for awhile :-) Read more
When ordering my two pizzas and dessert last night. They had two options for red sauce one was a dull blend sauce you get stuck... with that I have never liked. And the other was a marinara sauce. I chose the marinara sauce. Evidently they must be out of itbecause they adjusted my ticket to no sauce ruining the whole pizza. Why would they alter my ticket and just give me no sauce? What person in the right mind orders a pizza with no sauce? I did not. It takes so long to order anything on their appalready. I went over every detail. Couldn't they have at least mentioned something when I pick up my order ? Couldn't I have atleast called and verified something as important as that ? Also why do you put a tip option on everybody's card when we pay forour pizza? If we go in there and pick up our own food what gives you the right to even ask for a tip? Things like that reallyaggravate me. You don't deserve a tip unless you do something for it right? Believe me my opinion is important I have severalhundred thousand people that have read my reviews. I'm a normal person. What is wrong with domino's? Lava cakes were burnt, andvery old too. According to my history it's been since October of last year since I ordered from Domino's. Was visiting Hot Springs at Emerald Isle. Spent $87 on food. Was unable to order online, had to call in order, also they were... only accepting cash at that time. Was told it would be 35 minutes. An hour goes by so I call, they say they tried to deliver andeven called me. I had NO missed calls from them. I asked them to deliver again. Pizza wasn?t even warm barely. Several of ourpizzas were way over cooked. Highly disappointed. Read more
Pizza took a little longer, they were swamped with the Memorial Weekend upon us. All seemed in good nature, even saw an old... friend. Good pizza. I enjoy Brooklyn Style pizza with beef and my favorite veggies: diced tomatoes, onions and mushrooms! Yum ???? Read more
They're a busy place but everyone is working hard and really nice all at the same time. Always great pizza too!!!
