Food is outstanding ????.., but I find myself, and my wife always having to listen to the staff complaining to one another.
Love their sandwiches, but, when I get one to take home the bun is usually soggy by the time I get home.
Loved everything, one thing I miss is the multiple hot sauce choice's. Other wise really great house sauce and subs!

I work with doordash and I get orders for firehouse subs.. I got a order with 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches nobody offered a drink... carrier the man that brought my food just sits it down in front of me and walks off does not say here is your order thank youfor coming have a nice day nothing very rude another guy hands me 4 empty cups I had to fill the cups for my order I didn't knowwe was supost to fill are customers drinks it's okay just please let us know and don't just hand me cups and not say nothingvery rude.. This is absolutely the worst sandwich place, I ordered here before and the cheese was melted away from the meats where you has... no cheese. I spoke with the General Manager and he would not satisfy me in any way. I placed my order which has two meats,cheese, mayo and Deli Mustard. I requested for the cheese be put on after the meats were heated and extra pastrami. I was toldthe total weight should be 11 oz. by the the General Manager, Look at the pictures, I know my weights and the meats are slicedso thin it's amazing there is no way my $15 sandwich had 11oz.
