It's good. Better than most other buffets in town. They might get a little busy and overwhelmed at times, leading to them not... refilling the best foods, but that's not the end of the world. We'll absolutely go back and visit them again. Read more
The worst Chinese buffet I have ever been to. I love Chinese and have been to quite a few. Food was cold, what was out. Not... your usual foods at a Chinese buffet. Service was as bad as the food. My fiance and I went for the first time about a month ago. It was 9 PM and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The dining... area is really nice and the buffet?? The Best Chinese buffet in Hot Springs! We were worried there wouldn't be much food out atthat hour, but boy we were shocked! The entire buffet was full and all fresh. The waiter came up to us and said if there wassomething we wanted that wasn't out they would cook is for us fresh. They didnt have to, the entire buffet was still full. Wetried a little bit of everything including different shrimp dishes, fish, pizza, soups, dozens of Chinese food. As if we weren'tfull enough for desert there were several types of pie, cake, cookies and hand scooped ice cream. I have been recommending FirstWok to all my friends! Excellent experience! Read more
Always love to visit here when we are in Hot Springs! Only safe Chinese restaurant in SW Arkansas(food quality and taste). Great... mix of traditional dishes, mixed with a pleasant blend of Japanese/American sushi. Super clean with a newer interior reminiscentof Chinese buffets even in Houston! My first time and I will not be going back. Hot springs AR best Chinese restaurant is by far the wok Express. This old food not... fresh and no favor the egg drop soup is clear like favorite water and taste bad also like soap or something. I cant say ienjoyed anything here .close down Read more
