We were on vacation in Hot Springs, AR and ordered wings. 1) The wings were to hard so we called back to complain, the manager... offered to redo the order. 2) I went to pick the order up this time, still the same issue the restaurant was only 4 minutes fromthe hotel.. at least we got $25 in gift cards.
